    Beer

It's a fine line. Right now beer is winning the battle of what do I spend money on. Mainly from a sanity perspective. Also can't do a lot with the jeeps, WJ is getting the engine rebuilt...... again and I'll be playing musical MJ's shortly and sell mine as I bought Meanlemons project MJ. Think the other thing is I've been seeing a lot more beer in the cooler that typically is not there. Guessing it's because most places are closed so they are shifting operations to canning in lieu of people being able to come in.

Happy saturday! Picked up this and blind pig from Russian river. Pretty tasty, nice balance of citrus and pineyness. First time having it but a buddy recommended it.
  4. How do you like that rouge bender? I'm looking at a bender here soon and have narrowed it down to a JD2 with a swag mount, rouge or build a gottrikes one.
  5. MMMM flex....... Out of curiosity what equipment are you using to fab? Welder and bender notcher?
  6. Ok, what size tank it that 15 gal?
  7. Nice are you just going to run the E2000 pump or ?
  8. Do you have a pic? Trying to track it in my head. Looking through some 3 link rear seems like it's big with the yota crowd. And most are landing the 3 link on top of the diff and then track bar is going to the furthest point on the axle and using a tower to bring it up. But I guess there might be some clearance issues.
  9. Things is pretty sexy. Interested in learning why your choose a 3 link rear verse a double triangulated 4 link?
  10. Alcan is another option. Not cheap but will be exactly what you want it to be. Could also look at a bastard pack and extended shackles.
  11. $4900, bed is beat to crap but has a back up one. https://cosprings.craigslist.org/cto/d/colorado-springs-jeep-commanche/7105726097.html
  12. Thought about something like this.... https://trailheadoffroad.com/product/cherokee-comanche-intake-kit91-01-with-pre-filter/
  13. That's a shame. Years ago I had a 75 K5 and it looked decent not great, bought it cheap and thought it would be a good start for a resto. Well fast forward to me getting ready for paint prep, bust out the DA sander and it was just bondo dust EVERYWHERE. Not an inch thick but some spots where almost 1/2. Then discovered some one thought great stuff and cardboard was a suitable way to do body repair. Ended up not doing anything getting some tons and beat it up.
  14. Nice work! I'm afraid if I where to show my wife she'd be like that's great when you going to start...... Meanwhile I'm trying to finish the basement and a million other things.
  15. Well kind of but not really. So guy that rebuilt the engine is doing it over and taking FOOORRREEVVVEERRR to get this one finished. Had to have a come to Jesus talk the other with him. While understand warranty work isn't a money maker, I paid good money to get the engine rebuilt and it failed. Hopefully will have it back by the end of the month. Need to get a new intake manifold, not having a ton of luck as the MOPAR are super expensive and at that point might as well do the 08+ intake but don't really want to spend any more on the pig. So searching around to see what I can find.
  16. Awesome thank you. Just what I was looking to see.
  17. What's your budget? Start there. Next up what are you looking to do? True time period correct restoration? Restomod? Just cleaning it up?
  18. Ok gotcha. I've tried messing with the calculator and just doesn't make sense. From what I've gathered in poking around; make the links as flat and close to the same length as possible. Try for XX% (can't remember) of tire size to determine separation. Do you by chance have any pics of the rear chopped? How'd you tie in the cage to the unibody? Sorry for the million questions just interested in seeing what all you did.

Well been a loooooonnnngggg week. 1st week of being full time at home for work and dealing with a 3 year old. Anywhos....first was a imperial IIPA from Westbound and Down in Idaho Springs CO. Won silver at GABF. Absolutely delicious. Next up was Super Chill from Outer Range in Frisco CO. Decently good but not their best but still famn good. I suggest anyone swinging through to stop of for a pint. They do a killer job with IPAs.
  21. Dig it! Question on you rear links. You did a dual triangulated right? Do you have the basic specs on them length, separation etc? Do the lowers attach to the cage? Did you fab the brackets or get some pre fabbed?
  22. More than likely will. Been reading about the 63s. Believe it's a 6" difference over stock shortbed leafs if I'm correct. Will also probably go SOA. Would have to see how much of a lift it would net thought.
