I may have to shorten it up. If that bolt rotates somehow it would rub again and if that happened at speed that could do some damage.

id like to say they are 16s. i had to leave for work and the truck was blocking the garage door so i resorted to the grinder for now so that it could be moved.

They we drilled out when I got it from the donor jeep that also had this steering. I'll go pull the wheel and add pics

It seems I have messed something up. The inside of the wheel on the passenger side is rubbing on the bolt head. What can I do to fix this?

The truck is back on her feet again. My wife will be helping me bleed the brakes this afternoon then it's off to get the alignment done tomorrow. I messed up and should have changed the gear oil in the dana 30 before I swapped it in now I'll have to do it in place. Got a new gasket coming for it and the 8.8 Progress is slow but happening. Next up will be pulling the rear axle.

Is there room for error here? I don't wanna weld it on then have to cut it back off. I don't have the new tranny or t case in yet so I can't measure the angle they will be sitting at. I guess I assumed it would be the same.
