212k miles Found on a auction website... Don't know much. An eliminator.
  2. Possible lol
  3. Thanks guys. Previous owner said it blew a head gasket. He already sold the head but I'm not going to argue... Anyone have an idea about the dddcdd? Its on the pistons too.. probably just manufacture but wanna make sure..
  4. I've been wanting a 4.0 for awhile now and I finally got one to practice on rebuilding yesterday. I got the block and the engine stand for only $50. Its from a 96 cherokee sport..
  5. Yeah I would stop driving it until you get a chance to pull the cover off.
  6. Those look nice.
  7. I agree with jim. Pull the cover to check for gears. My spider gears were torn up hen I heard the clunking.
  8. I'm looking for some new rims for my truck. I'm going to stick with 31x10.50x15's for now and was planning to get some 15x8 black cragar steel wheels or pacers but I'm stuck on the backspacing I'm not sure which way sticks out more or sticks in more.. like 3.75" compared to 4.25" .. I want a little wider stance.. any suggestions? Thanks
  9. Really a junkyard or a fellow member..
  10. I was just searching through the yard.. I have a 4 cylinder so my gears are already 4.11's I'm looking for a 4.0L swap truck
  11. I believe a 93
  12. Oh, I'm excited lol
  13. I found this jeep at the Junkyard today and decided to look under it.. Am I correct on a 8.25 because of the flat bottom? Thanks
  14. I will try to take pictures of the front end tonight and post them here to see if anything is out of whack. Maybe a coil spring is not mounted correctly?
  15. I'm only seeing adjustables for 4"-6" lifts.. like the rough xountry's ...
  16. So I would just need the lower control arms then correct? Thanks for the reply
  17. Before: After: Anything I can do? Upper control arms?
  18. Shhh, I'm talking to him now. lol He said it's not running right now, but it will crank and you can hear the pump running.. Also, e brake and windshield wipers.. Might use it for my 4.0 swap if I can talk him down. It's 2wd too btw
  19. I use JK shocks. With a 2" lift. Some modifications will be needed but not too bad.
  20. Yeah, I would check the battery/battery cables first.
  21. I don't feel too comfortable driving this until I get this fixed. Could it possibly be my track bar that is causing the shift?
  22. Probably windex? I'm not too sure, but I have seen some detail guys use tire wet to 'shine' the engine bay. Not sure what to clean the gunk up with without a water hose..
  23. Hmmm... After looking at the pictures closer, it looks like the axle or sway bar is shifted to the right.. If you look at the sway bar links, they are not fully together.. Any suggestions? Is my axle bent, I remember tightening down the sway bar links all the way.. Thanks
  24. Ok guys, got my jeep on the alignment machine at my new job, that I can check it.. The camber on the passenger side was -.09 in the red.. It has been pulling to the right for quite some time. I decided to take a picture of the spindles.. Also, to help my caster go more towards 7.5 degrees, would adjustable upper control arms help? I put 4mm shims in and it only went up to 3 degrees positive.. Here is a pic of the driver's side (in green) Passenger (-.09)
  25. Not sure but my 2.5 5speed has 4.11 gears... yours might be 354 though.. and some people sell 44s for $200..
