  1. Ok, I re flaired my line. Still the same problem.. It is coming out from the connector ABOVE the line.. Example... Wrong brake line size? 3/16" correct?
  2. I put in a Brake booster and master cylinder from a 98 Cherokee in today, got the brake lines routed and all the mods needed to make it work.. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use the stock Prop valve (right next to booster) or was I suppose to grab the one from the XJ? If I could keep the old one (stock) what flare is needed for the brake line on the rear fitting? (towards the rear of the truck) I might have done the wrong flare (double flare?) Thanks.
  3. they look like the new santa fe..
  4. Sorry to bring this thread back up but.. Are our 2.5L rear main seals a one piece seal or two piece seal? I need to replace soon. I have heard it was a one piece..
  5. That's a good gear ratio for your setup assuming you have 4.0 5 speed. And 33s... 4.56 is the right ratio
  6. Ok. Awesome. Thanks for the help hornbrod!
  7. Even though the alignment sheet (on page 2) says they are both at ~3*? I'm not trying to prove you wrong at all or anything, I just want to get it right.. Also if my truck is wandering all over the road it would be caster causing that correcT? One more thing.. I'm driving, and I make a left turn at about 10 mph, feels like my truck is going to roll over on its side, but it doesn't do it as much on the right.. Caster causing that too? Thanks for the help so far, it's great getting this kind of help! EDIT: Yes, I am on level ground in the garage.

  9. I will pick up an angle finder tomorrow and get on it! Thanks again!
  10. The passenger's have plenty of shims in there, about 2-3x as much as the driver's.. I have no Idea why, it started this after the lift.. No I have no figured it out yet, haven't had a chance to find a angler finder. Maybe northern?
  11. Here are some pics I just took.. Driver's Passenger Front on: It is on jackstands with axle free.. Driver's of the spacer Passenger Thanks for all the help so far guys! I'm learning a lot. What do I do now since I can't move the passenger LCA anymore? Swap axles or what?
  12. I did put another 4mm shim in after the picture on the first page and there are no threads left showing on the passenger side...
  13. I can't fit anymore shims behind the LCA's.. The clevis (?) with the two studs are almost to the point where I can't put the nut on to tighten them.
  14. I put it on awhile back. Just 2" pucks in the front and chevy drop shackles in the rear. I know I didn't disconnect any upper control arms, I did disconnect the lower.. I am thinking that my uppers are bent. Possibly..
  15. OK I will take a picture of the front end.tonight and hopefully get an idea. Would upper control arms help?
