I had a vw passat that you had to turn in the piston on the calipers too. My brother in law and I fought with the brakes for what seemed an eternity, his dad gets home from work walks up and goes "ya know you have to twist that back in" and walks away. Funny to me now over a decade later.

Gettin mine next week, pretty stoked. From the pic posted by Biotex the springs look like bare steel, do I need to treat (paint) the springs prior to installation? If so, do I have to break the pack apart to get each leaf? I live in the PA rust belt.

How long ago did you order your springs from hellcreek? There is another thread on here about him stopping production, I also emailed Tom and he stated they are not makin mj springs.

My wife got tired of me looking for a comanche, she actually found a nice one in St Louis and bought me a ticket to go get it after I had multiple conversations with the owner. So I flew from Philly to St Louis by way of Atlanta, the owner even picked me up at the airport, was a sweet road trip. Funny thing is she thought that would end the comanche obsession, HAHA.
