I have Ceramic material now a days , mostly in rings and watches now but in the last couple of years more and more product is becoming available . High grade ceramics are almost as hard as tungsten steel , lighter than titanium and holds 0 conductivity . Pretty much an old NASA material that they found a market niche for . The re-atomization of this material is actually higher than a Diamond . Sorry , little bit too much techy there .

Thats one of the designs I'm going after , mostly from the design of the CC truck , I actually scanned the magnet that Pete gave us , so we'll se how that turns out . I know , :needpics:
-
In process today , I'll let you guys know when I've got some good designs and we'll go from there .
-
That things going to look sweet when its done ! I've just been throwing 96"+ upgrades on when I get time and the parts . Still have to drive mine in between upgrades .

I sure do Pete , I've been working on uploading some old pics of Harley rings that I made last year . I haven't made any Jeep stuff in a looooonnnnggg time , so I want to make some designs that are more updated to todays modern styles . Plain designs that are functional and simple . Like the " MJ " , pin or badge . Pretty much anything that you guys want . Rated I just wanted some input of what the guys ( and maybe a gal or two ) might be interested in as a design or type of piece . I will throw some pics up as soon as I get my " TECHY " friend over here to help me with these uploads .

OK I guess I'll throwing the designs up this week , hopefully casting the week after ( depending on time ) .

I forgot to say that all RD on these designs will be FREE of charge for labor and costs to CC members . The only cost will be material and parts cost . I'm thinking of starting the small pins at 25.00 $ Larger more elaborate designs may have more cost with material .

I finally decided to throw another iron in the fire , I've been thinking of some designs for a Comanche pin , tie tacks and rings , hell I can make anything so I guess I'm at a loss for where to start . I need some input on designs ( pics or print please) . I would have thrown some designs up already but I haven't figured out how to cut , copy , past from my CAD program . I'll be making the first set of molds out of silver , If anything this is out of personal satisfaction that I own a Jeep Comanche ring .... All comments welcome and taken into consideration , I've even made a Ferrari belt buckle out of solid Silver quite a few years back , so nothing is out of the ordinary . Most of my designs start from chicken scratch on paper , so what'ya got ? I'm no good on computers so I'm a little slow.... :dunce:

..... When you don't know the difference between driving an obsession or having an MJ . :dunno:

This happened a couple of years ago while watching a Hockey game , a bad blue line call cost the team a goal in a very tight conference championship . Everyone saw what happened and the ref just kept skating around the ice like a school girl . God that pissed me off , I lost a lot of heart for the game that day and I haven't been as big of a fan as I once was . I agree with leaving the sport alone , look what happened to Hockey after the strike , not nearly as exciting as it was before . Its like a bunch of millionaire namby pambies running around b@tching that their salary isn't big enough . To me its slap in the face of the fans that are barely able to afford a regular season ticket .

...... When you refer to CC as the OTHERS
-
Dammit' Jim , I want my MJ back ....
-
.... If you keep finding ways to correct people when they misspell Comanche !

My Dana 44 had the shims and it was still a b@tch , it took forever to get the right size . Keep in mind I'm still a newb .

.......you hide parts in random places around the house so the wife doesn't find where you been spending vacation money :peek:

My plan is to actually build my own frame and bolt the bed to it , I am using the stock D35 and metric ton leaves for the axle and springs and the stock shackles from my truck . I already have a set of 15x8 D windows and 31" tires I'll throw on it for now . Right now I'm planning for air ride shocks so I can lower and lift it when I please . Sorry no pics I don't have everything together yet .

I guess they still get paid if they loose a game , so yeah ditch the replay . It screwed up football .

Lets do it Rob !

If they don't have them , ALCAN up here in Grand Junction is a spring manufacturer . They actually make the springs specific to your vehicle weight and eye to eye length . -
Thats what I've been saying for 10 years since I got my class 3 weapons license but every year they put more and more laws on the use , sales and ownership of firearms . Nothing against you or anyone trying to conceal legally by all means its constitutional right . I carry mine every day , luckily I've never used any of my licensed arms to protect my store and family or my licenses could be revoked , I used a Walter pistol to protect a store I worked for a couple of years ago , two guys come in weapons drawn , I fired two rounds at the exit sign just above their heads , they scrambled out the door solving the problem . NOT for the cops , they questioned me , confiscated my weapon and almost took me in for more questioning . End of the story , I lost my weapons license ( had to appeal to get a new one ) and I never got my walter back . Police evidence weapons in this county are demolished upon the release from the evidence locker . Fair ? NO . but thats what happened , I should have waited for them to fire first , but then I'd be dead right ? So who's right in all this .. not me , the law . All that effort went into them trying to find anything I did wrong first . Meanwhile the real crooks ran a muck and for some crazy reason they never got the guy's . Check up on your local laws and keep up with current law changes if you want to stay away from the fuzz .

Yeah , from a dealership they probably traded it in , so there trying to make some money off of that deal for sure . They probably gave more than the trucks worth for trade , they gotta make that up somewhere and they will . I think its funny when people go out and spend 50,000 k on a brand new truck and the min. they drive it off the lot it looses 20,000k instantly . Then those same guys come into my store and complain about a 1,500k wedding ring that will actually go up in value the day they walk out the store . I don't get it ... :dunno: I tell them to hit Walmart up or go check out the mall stores and see what they got if they want to get completely ripped off .
