Totally forgot to mention this it is super annoying I'm a welder on submarines and at the end of the day there is a little mountain of burrs on them. I find the best way to clean them is blast them with a compressed air blow gun.

In my opinion oreilly is a whole different business model. I find advance to be sparce. Oreilly usually has everything nn Stock and if they don't they get it same day or next day. Advance is always hit or miss for me. Have you ever noticed how oreilly stores are clean, brightly lit with white floors while autozones are dingy and dimly lit with yellow tinted lighting. I get a dirty feeling just walking in autozone. Another thing (this may be different for other people) but my local oreillys seems to have a little bit older guys working there that seem to know what they are talking about, while advance and autozone have kids right out of high schools working there. The other day I witnessed a kid at autozone trying to sell an elderly woman a light bulb for her sewing machine (120v ac bulb) from the bulb section (12v dc) by finding one with a similar end.

I have a cheapo pair I bought at 5 below. I love them the case has a solar charger built in so i throw it on my dashboard at the end of my shift and they are always charged for the next day. Can't beat them for 5 bucks plus I won't feel bad if I loose them.

Your 86 was the only only one I have seen in person and that was Over 10 years ago when frank owned it before cayden. I have stripped down and 86 xj with the diesel but the engine was already dismantled before I touched it.

If you use the app it and pick different stores around you it will say something like "all sales final at this location" when you put something in your cart. Took me a few tries but I found one near me.

I was saying the same thing today. All the rental tools (ball joint press, brake flare kit, puller sets, ect) are 70% off you'd think they would just transfer them to another store as well.

I know it's a hike but there is a place near me in new bedford "Auto Air" their main focus/specialty is car hvac stuff I always see antique and classic cars customer cars parked there too along with the new stuff. A bit out of your way though. Is santos jeep still operating out in worcester? Endangered species in Holyoke works on hvac stuff too

Took the mj to Stafford speedway in CT for cleetus and cars new england 900. Got lots of compliments in the parking lot before and after. Had an awesome time showing support for Vice grip garage.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! Parade duty today along side my friends c10. I m hoping someone got some better shots of the mj. Fun fact: The c10 was the high school mechanics class shop truck for the town we live in for 4 decades. it disappeared sometime in the late 2010 (town cancelled the shop class and liquidated everything) My friend tracked it down during covid in another city.. it was going to get scrapped. He jumped through hoops to get it. You would not believe the amount of people that are almost brought to tears with excitement. I do like the truck. I remember they when through all thr Etrouble of rebuilding the ba10 and it cost a fortune and it was grinding immediately after being rebuilt. (Not the rebuild guys fault he knew what he was doing those trans are just trash)
