Without any proof, yet, I think the charcoal canister not only captures fuel vapors and purges them through the air box, but it also vents the fuel tank to atmosphere since fuel tank filler cap is not vented.
Connector in photo is C102. Should be C102_6 is for Fog Lamp relay, if equipped and should be Splice_H. Between the two (2) electrical manuals "Should be" might become a popular phrase for me.
The LH Door Jamb Switch (DJS) is a dual switch to ground. Test each side of the DJS for a path to ground when door is OPEN. Push pin in and out looking for make/break on your meter.
