  1. Gotta love a new battery with balls. I got about the same count in seconds. Video showed RICH/LEAN switching, better MAN VAC reading. ST Fuel Trim finding whats right for your newly installed injectors. Once again the O2S is the boss sensor.
  2. Anyone else having issues with their INBOX not showing LABELS? No that little triangle thingy thing does nothing.
  3. When LOGGED-IN. Go to upper right hand corner of screen. Click on Username. Click on Account Settings. Find and click on Signature. Add your vehicle information here (YR, ENG, TRANS, etc, etc) then click on SAVE. This helps everyone. This information will be available every time you post.
  4. When ST is climbing to 255 (CL), INJ PW climbs to 7.2mS, yet O2(V) stays at 4.08V (LEAN). Either the ECU is not increasing fuel, which it show it is or the O2S just doesn't register it (extra fuel). Video timeframe (0.23-0.26)
  5. Pin_A is a tricky circuit because its a Fuel Pump Relay Feed (HOT). So with KEY ON, Pin_A is HOT for 2-3 seconds, but with ENGINE RUNNING, Pin_A is HOT all the time.
  6. Nothing the matter with running the EGR. It only comes ON under certain conditions. As for testing, IDK, you say depressing it make engine stumble. That's what you'd expect. I guess, the question is 'does it seal completely when CLOSED?
  7. I don't think so. Pin_A supplies 12vdc from the relay for the O2 Heater. Pin_C supplies the 5vdc from the ECU for the sensor part of the O2S. Pin_B supplies ground for both of the these.
  8. EGR could have something to do with that.
  9. None of those vacuum hoses or even all of them won't get you 9k rpm's.

  11. May or may not solve your problem but O2 Sensor is a vehicle maintenance item. Replace every 82,500 miles.
  12. Remember I know what I mean that don't mean others do. Looking down the TB bore can you move the circular throttle plate without moving the linkage, is it loose. Does the throttle plate swing?
  13. Can you move the throttle plate without moving the linkage?
  14. Check distributor cap, look for crossfiring.
  15. May or may not solve your problem but O2 Sensor is a vehicle maintenance item. Replace every 82,500 miles.
  16. O2S heater element looks good.
  17. Did you check the two (2) wires on the Fuel Pump Ballast Resistor (FPBR). Sometimes they get knock off. Also check the FPBR by bypassing it. Connect both leads together and try starting the vehicle.
  18. Only suggestion is check 02 heater circuit for continuity. Disconnect 02S and measure resistance (component) side between C229_A and C229_B. Looking for ≈6Ω. This connector view is harness side.
  19. @JMO413 Seems odd you showing KNOCK (KNO) units during (2:33-2:35) IDLE. Not sure if it means anything.
  20. 128=Normal or Fuel Trim centering point. ECU is adding fuel (increasing INJ PW time) while attempting to enter CL (ST≈250). This matches what your 02 is seeing (LEAN). Don't know why STFT levels out at 57-80. 02 must be seeing RICH. Does 02S rapidly switch between RICH & LEAN when in CL mode?

Some what Off Topic and I have no expertise, but I've noticed around town here, axe throwing is becoming popular for both indoor and outdoor fun.
  22. Don't forget the Commanche Trail.
  23. 02S could be telling you the truth. What's your STFT/LTFT values?
  24. Only the Crank Position Sensor (CPS) will generate AC voltage, not the SYNC sensor. Circuit for SYNC sensor.
