  1. Buy a lotto ticket. You're lucky.
  2. Knock Sensor: 89 "lbs (10 Nm)
  3. I live in the ‘land of curbs’ eventually all white lettering on the right side of the vehicle gets scuffed. Be careful if you do. Get some curb finders.
  4. Instead of disconnecting C157, pick up a testlamp, find a good ground and just stick the wire (C157_E). Tape the poked hole when done.
  5. Disconnect C157. Look for Brake or TS voltage on IC harness side of C157_E. If you get voltage problem lies towards TS sockets, if NO voltage, problem lies towards TS SW.
  6. LH Door SW is a dual SW. One (1) SW for Chime and one (1) SW for lamps (GND). Suspect both SW's (LH/RH) faulty.
  7. Wonder if the hold-down clamp has flattened out or could that bolt have stretched and is bottoming out, if possible.
  8. This one makes me wonder. KEY OFF. Depress Brake pedal. Using the Turn Signal SW (L/R) can you TURN OFF each sides brake light? This will check a couple of the TS switches.
  9. Underhood lamp, if equipped.
  10. Truthfully, I think your idle kick was caused by the O2S dropping out, causing the ECU to go from Open Loop (OL) to Close Loop (CL) or attempting to go from CL to OL. Either way, CPS or O2S, hope this solved your problem.
  11. Why are there two (2) number fives (5's)?
  12. Parts are parts. Just need to learn the 'means to the madness' with the Ford part numbers. Should come easy for you.
  13. Straps are cheaper than lawyers.
  14. Without the use of a REM (Renix Engine Monitor + unit is out of stock), it will be hard to tell. Wiggle testing is about the best you can do. Perform @cruiser54 testing. cruiser54 | True tales from "The Book" NickInTimeDesign – Home of the Renix Engine Monitor!
  15. Oxygen Sensor is a maintenance item. I think replace every 89.5K miles. How many miles on your O2S?
  16. IP Harness side of C118: C118_4 - Ground C118_5 - Dome Fuse C118_9 - Door/Headlight Switches

  18. If idle improves the more you START and RUN your vehicle, could be ECU is relearning itself. If not, check TPS adjustment. Renix TPS Adjustment | cruiser54
