Looks like C188. If C188_E is BLANK then IP harness side is set up for Quarts (Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD)) clock.

I was wondering if INJ PW was way out of wack, but the times (mS) seem good. If you’re running in CLOSED LOOP (CL) then O2S sees a 14.7_1 Air/Fuel ratio, even with all the Fuel Trim adjustments. I always thought LTFT could climb to 256 before kicking you out of CL. You say plugs look LEAN, so now I wonder if engine timing has anything to do with PING.

Not a sensor but the B+ Latch Relay is used for resetting the ISA for the next ENGINE START UP after the KEY is cycled OFF.

Bad motor mounts can hang up the linkage.

Make sure linkage between pedal and TB is free from kinks/binds and is well lube.
