Pin_B goes to the grounding side of the brake bulb in the IP cluster. Pin_A connect to the grounding side of IP brake bulb through that bonding strap, but circuit continues to IGN SW_G1 (bulb check; G1 to ground) or Park Brake Switch (to ground). Any one of these three things when grounded will turn IP brake bulb ON.
Could be a fuel return line leak, if you have a leak at all. 110 - 115 LTFT shows your running rich and ECU is leaning INJ PW, but well within its range of authority.
Yea, the unit of resistances. But when it comes to quitting cigarettes, I show continuity to ground (0 Ω's).
Best I can do is quit every night (no joke intended here). Their my lungs, they don't belong to the tobacco company.
My attempts at quitting has always ended in failure. I'm still good for a pack a day. I did learn one thing though, quitting is a two step process.
First step: Quit your own cigarettes.
Second step: Quit other peoples cigarettes.
IGN SW terminal A is both hot in RUN and ACC. This is the feed circuit for your components listed above. If components work in ACC and don't work in RUN, suspect Ignition Switch.
Hold the throttle wide open and to the floor during CRANK. This condition is known as "clear flood" and shuts off the injectors during CRANK. Quick way to check for leaky injectors.
Check the spray pattern of the injector using a flashlight. Spray pattern should be cone shaped and fine mist (no fuel droplets). See if pattern changes when vehicle runs poorly.
Is it the fuel pump handle at the gas station(s) clicking off, telling you when your tank if full? Maybe the tank isn't full. Internet makes mention of faulty filler tube (restricted) or EVAP system is plugged as causes for kicking of the fuel pump handle.
Source vacuum (engine manifold) is stored in the reservoir w/check valve. When vehicle is under low vacuum conditions (ex: WOT), the reservoir maintains vacuum for any and all vacuum operated actuators. I think its located behind the front bumper.
Can you start the vehicle and cycle the AC/Heater Control head through its different position while listening for a vacuum leak from the AC/Heater head? Possible plastic nipple has broken off.
Cluster voltmeter uses C203_6 (12vdc) and C203_10 for ground, while the ALT lamp use C203_6 (12vdc) and C203_3 (Tan w/tr) for path back to alternator. When alternator is faulty, C203_3 (Tan w/tr) should supply ground leg and turn lamp ON. However this vehicle is voltmeter equipped. The reason I mentioned "its just an extra wire" is because it terminates nowhere with GAUGES/HI LINE clusters. Refer to 88 Elect Manual pg 96 (Instruments Clusters).
