    Blondes

Bambi, a blonde in her fourth year as a UCLA Freshman, sat in her US Government class. The professor asked Bambi if she knew what Roe vs. Wade was about. Bambi pondered the question; then, finally, said, 'That was the decision George Washington had to make before he crossed the Delaware .'
  4. You will find many vendors advertising parts for sale that will fit Comanche. Some of them are just rip off artists who know the part won;t fit. The greatest majority of them are just ignorant. Scan thru EBay sometime when you got nothing better to do.
  5. Don't mount the rear wheels in a horizontal position or you may find yourself flying. Hmmmm. Well now that really wouldn't be so bad now would it?
  6. The ol memory's crappin out on me. It can use all the help it can get. Was talking to a fella awhile back. Came up with 173792 Remington Rand. He asked "whats' that?" I replied, "the serial number and manufacturer of a M1 rifle I carried in Korea in 1953. And I can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning." He replied, "Sometimes the circumstances makes some things easier to remember than others. You remember the important at the time and don't worry about trivial things." The mind is really a complex piece of machinery. :???:
  7. Always expecting the worse, and seldom disappointed, I always place something on the header so if the hood does fall it won't catch. A block of wood,4X4 for example will keep the hood from latching. It will also warp the hood like crazy. A small tractor or lawn mower tire will work while lessening the chance for hood damage.
  8. By golly Ben. You're right. Thanks for refreshing my memory.
  9. Anybody got any opinions on how this would work for a MJ swap? It's about 50 miles from here. jrd75-3726463861@sale.craigslist.org [?]flag [?] : miscategorized prohibited spam best of Posted: 2013-04-06, 8:08AM MDT perkins diesel 4 cyl. engine - $750 (manzanola,co) 4 cylinder deisel engine and trans complete, including wiring.out of cat forklift, runs good. 750.00 obo. 7204047442

    Jealous husbands.
  11. :agree: You can tow a trailer using a Harley Davidson if you want to. Just don't go up any steep hills. Don't go down any steep hills. Don't go over 5mph. Take it easy.

Is something wrong with my keyboard? Or is it the forum? I can't get it to accept the numeral three: oh seven.

Anybody need a MJ D44? It's got 3:07 gears and I got no use for it. $5,000 negotiable.
  19. Why bother replacing it? Just advertise it as 'fuel conservative'
  20. Tank size has nothing to do with sending unit. They're all the same as long as it's for an MJ. If your tank has 3 straps then it's a 23 gallon.
  21. 16 gal was standard. 23 gal was optional. Crawl underneath and look.
  22. Film at 10.
  23. But how would I have controlled it's flight path? Would like to insure all my Jeeps were clear of it's impact area.
  24. How about posting any info here? I've already done a '85 S10 swap into a '86 MJ but that was no sweat. Both Vbelts. I'm getting ready to swap a '93 2.8 from a S10 into a another '86 MJ. Would like to get as much info on it as possible.
  25. That was just to much weight for a Beemer, or any small sedan.
