    gettin tubing and plate tomorrow. cut holes in floor to access top of frame rail. gonna plate the inside and outside for the crossmember and long arm mounts.

    something like this would be cool. i can't remember if it was thru the rollbar, or seperate. Would look better flush with rollbar though. (pass side in pic)

    Yeah, the pic is of a 'yota, but on the left side of the pic, i see a red 'Manche :D huh, i wonder who that could be... ;) i think it would be cool to have the exhaust come out the top of a rollbar.

    got a nice little package today. 4 johnny joints with jam nuts and tube adapters. also got 4 universal control arm mounts. project 4-link, here i come! :yes:

    4.0/AW4/231, 33s with 4.10s. Best tank to date was 20mpg. Usually average around 16-18 though.

    did you check any of your local junkyards? i got mine in really good condition from a junkyard by me.

    here is the one i had made by a local 4x4 shop. i don't know if he is going to make more, but maybe you are looking for ideas.

    there is a little box with an "x" in it on the bottom right part of the message.

    still running 6.5in of lift with 33x10.5s. They do rub the flares when stuffed, even after some minor trimming to the inner fender and flare. I'm not properly bumpstopped so thats part of the reason.

    I'm pretty sure that they are talking about welding the lower control arm mounts to the frame along with bolting them to the frame. its just for added strength.

    i would say, claytons. i've never been impressed with the mounts on a Rock Krawler setup (although a lot of people do run them).

    i like the Treks kit more because of the full under belly skid. But, i don't know what your money situation is...

    What's wrong with your truck and your Geo? Truck: in middle of longarm build Geo: blown head gasket, maybe even worse. first order of parts arent coming in until monday.
