I'm going with NAXJA for the 30th anniversary event the 8-12th of October. Went for the 25th in 08 and had an awesome time. Moab is an awesome place, you'll have fun no matter when you go.

Yeah its pretty cool, but I could slap the same paint job on my non-rolled truck and be further ahead IMHO, it just wouldnt have the "history"...

Somebody out-bid me with 8 seconds left. I had a higher price typed in ready to go, but then I remembered that long, terrible drive out to Abilene and didnt submit the bid! uh well, that much more money for my MJ!

basically any 2wd front chevy pickup lines from what I understand, there's part ##s on NAXJA if you search chevy brake lines, I used to have the ###s somewhere, they are like $20 a pop. oh yes, I learned alot on my XJ cage and I really like the style of my XJ cage so I know I can make some nice improvements picked up some more motor goodies this week too- 78 replies

Make sure you hit up the Bridgetender in Tahoe City and get some paremesan (sp?) fries. And get a Wet Woody at Garwoods in Carnelian Bay. Good stuff. -

Its gonna be getting the tons and atlas from my xj, HPd60 front with 35 spline alloys, detroit, 5.13s, and the shaved 14bolt, the Atlas 5.0 will get mated up to the NV3550 that's in the Mj. Then a 3 link front, and 4 link rear... and lotsa tube. Afterall, its gotta live up to its name! I'm just looking for a decent 2 car garage to carry this out in currently, then its awn!!- 78 replies

picked up an LS6 intake while I was in Austin today, should fit nicely under the hood and add a bit of power. In the mean time, I've been enjoying 11 mpgs, the AC stopped working, and everything else that goes with the MJ!- 78 replies

I like my hobart auto darkening helmet from tractor supply. its pretty lightweight and yet durable, it rolls around in the back of my jeep half the time. I got it on sale a couple years ago for $60 and its normally a ~$100 helmet. A couple guys I work with use the same helmet and they weld and gouge all day long with it, so its good enough for me.

Haters gonna hate. I like it. -
sweet, my MJ came with that fuel pump from the factory! The one guy I've talked in person with an LS in his XJ started out with the factory pump and it died, then he switched to some inline pump he picked up at a parts store. Now get it running and I'll be right behind you! I've got a big ol pile of parts and no garage currently.
