  1. Nice. They used to use those in marinas and shipyards as tuggers. Some had diesels in them.
  2. Here's a shot of mine mocked up if it helps you any.
  3. I was thinking the gaps and misalignment was due to the corners of truck being damaged? Although even the factory tails have a small gap so a little would be expected. Yeah, his truck got a little whack to the side. I can't remember how the second one happened. Lol
  4. Looks good. can't wait for mine Tuesday.
  5. http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/mc/manifolds/chevy/performer-v6.shtml
  6. Edelbrock makes an intake manifold for the 60° V6 that gives you the choice of the stock carb, Weber 32/36 DEGV carb or using a standard Holley 2bbl.
  7. Try this again....https://youtu.be/KmOZRAGTBg4
  8. Tried to load a clip but I hate vimeo....
  9. I have a 4cyl. You heard how obnoxious it could get Jerry. Lol
  10. I love my Magnaflow, but it is a big one. That's what I love about Magnaflows though, size matters. No droone at all in my truck, nice deep smooth exhaust note, but when I get on it, you hear it.I had the 18" case, ultra flow, stainless model. It made my truck sound like a Honda Civic or Subaru. I wasn't fond of it.
  11. Just ripped the Magnaflow off for a Thrush Turbo. I've outgrown loud exhausts and wanted something quieter. Hell, for 26, I couldn't pass it up.
  12. [emoji122] I hate texting as well. Nash, I wasn't trying to argue with you earlier but I will agree that a simple, personal phone call goes a lot farther than a text ever will.
  13. Congrats man!
  14. I don't have them but in all honesty I still give him credit for designing something not readily available. Will it have flaws, absolutely. But consider the fact these are the first run/prototypes. For ANY vendor or fabricator to improve/fix a design, "field tests" and honest feedback are required. Just my opinion.
  15. At least no one has ran into idiots who ask "Who did the truck conversion to your Cherokee?"
  16. If Nates sliders are anything like this bumper, it will be well worth the wait.
  17. Mine was that lock pin inside the column that engages the back of wheel. I just filed it down a little. Still works, just doesn't click.
  18. My Nates 4x4 bumper came in today! This thing is beef. Thanks Nate!
  19. Thanks, should have clarified that better.
  20. Some are aluminum, some are steel bodied. It depends on its platform for service. Some are just troop transport, some are armored up. We're Engineers, we use both types.
  21. Looks good Jerry. Now for my set to match y'alls.
  22. Correct. I'm running 31" tires (30.8" true measurement) with a 4.10 ratio. So my effective ratio is close to 3.73:1 28/30.8 x 4.10 = 3.72:1
  23. Thanks. Its actual milspec paint I got from the motorpool Sgt. (He's a Jeephead too.) My Unit is going to be "officially" numbering and badging it before Jeep Beach so I can represent them in the parade.
  24. Nates is making a few SWB ones. And so is Krustyballer.
