  1. Looks like it would hit the radiator.
  2. The 5.0l injectors are yellow top Bosch injectors
  3. Took me a while to remember to snap a pic,its about 10" wide.
  4. Now why couldn't you have said that in the first place?
  5. So everyone should just not buy from them because you said so?
  6. You have a few options http://comancheclub.com/topic/26267-renix-to-ho-swap/
  7. Is yours damaged or something? The rear window is glued in like the windshield, the gasket is mostly cosmetic.
  8. I lucked out on mine, one of my brothers buddies picked mine up for some kind of hotrod build so he found a really clean set. For some reason plans changed and he didn't use them so he gave them to my brother who gave them to me.
  9. Took a few more pics of my seats today.
  10. I thought about buying some but I didn't want to wait and the backing plates were going to be scrapped anyway.
  11. On mine I took the plasma and just cut the centers out of the old backing plates to make the spacers.
  12. Your missing the brake backing plate. Are you planning drum or disc brakes?
  13. If you got a guy that can do the metal work you should be fine. Just cut till they fit and fix the holes. We just did that to a Samurai and got it to fit 38s with just an SOA and gained a ton of flex but it took many hours of metal work to put it back together.
  14. It would be a lot less work to just put another 2.5l in there.
  15. Lots of people run 4.88s locked in a D30 with no problems. Any application were it is a problem you wouldn't run a d30 at all. the main problem I see is if you cut the rear enough to fit 35s you will end up cutting the bedside free from the wheel wells so you will have to figure out how to reattach it.
  16. Make sure you inspect the hinges, usually they pull away were they weld to the body. If that happened then you pretty much just have to get in there and fix it.
  17. I guess it depends how much you can do yourself. I imagine if you pulled it apart it would be cheap to have someone fix it. All you have to do is pull the header panel off then take off the fenders to access the hinges.
  18. If they are worn the best thing is to weld on another one. FYI, XJ rear door hinges will work and are typically in great shape since the rear doors usually get a lot less use.
  19. I agree, his problem is most likely the front axle. My MJ had the same problem when I first lifted it,the rear would hit the frame and the front was using the shocks as limit straps. Corymj89 With the forkilift I can manipulate the suspension how ever I want so I can see what's doing what as the suspension cycles. On mine I flexed it out took some measurements, made a few small changes and went from lifting the front from 36" to 43". I figured I would offer to look at yours since you don't live that far away.
  20. True the front has a lot more flex then the rear. My point is with the numbers he is getting something is bound up and limiting flex.he needs to find out what is wrong before worrying about what magic gadget he can get to bandaid the issue.
  21. FWIW my MJ can lift any tire about 43" off the ground, and yes if you put it on my forklift we could figure out whats wrong.
  22. I will have to get more pics of them. They lightly touch the sides of the cab and almost touch the door panels.
  23. You could bring it up and flex it out on my forklift to see what's limiting it.
  24. This is what I use http://3mcollision.com/products/adhesives/trim-adhesives/3m-super-trim-adhesive-08090-yellow.html
