    here's another idea. remove the bezel take bulb out put in the pile to be samashed and forget the light was ever there

    if your a glutton for punishment what am i? ive got a 88 mj I'm restoring . another 88 I'm making into a wheeling rig, and an 81 chevy pickup I'm gunna restore. plus trying to keep a 17 year old atv running.

    i hink it should be a ba 10 but i wouldnt be sure. something tells me that after 90 they were ax15s behind 4.0 hos edit you tell by what it looks like theres a pic in the random picture thread in the DIY section that has the differences. :thumbsup:

    there pretty common. try to get an ax15 their the best 5 speed for behind the 4.0

    :agree: you may need one little tiny part that is on the xj that may cist you alot of money to buy. keep ythe donor untill everything is done. or better yet put the 2.5 and mj axels under it and resellit

    it would be VERY hard to put a divorced case on a comanche tryst e i was looking into using a divorced np 205 for a 4wd coversion. it couldnt work, what you need is a factory jeep 4wd tranny and transfer case.

    steering wheels like that came in bast=e model comanches just not all in leater and stuff . thats a nice wheel

    ive got a mastercraft cordless impact and it works good for tiers and lighter stuff. not huge tourque but enough for small jobs

    :agree: if yours isnt a 4wd? if it isnt get a good front axel and a ax15 with a transfercase and then do the swap gradually.

    my dad has bruped his (mine now) 2.5 by letting it warm up with the rad cap loosened up or off. granted ive had eagle tell me that it won't work but id try it .
