  1. Thanks, I don't need a ton of bass. I just want songs to hit nice and hard when they should. I'm also not looking to spend too much on it so if you says it's good I'll just buy that. Any thoughts on the head unit?
  2. Hi, I'm looking to install a newer sound system in my MJ since the OEM one doesn't really work any more.. I'm looking at this head unit: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130X560BT/Pioneer-MVH-X560BT.html And this amp/sub: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777B8PTD/Sound-Ordnance-B-8PTD.html Thoughts? Suggestions?

Damn.. Now I want those! I didn't know they actually made a "Custom" badge. Mine must of lost them at some point.
  4. Hi, I was wondering if there is anyway to tell if a gauge cluster is from a 4 cylinder or a 6 cylinder?
  5. I have a 3/4 cluster that has that I believe.
  6. I have a dash if you want one.
  7. No, it was a Dorman from advance auto. The quality was decent, it looked no worse than the factory manifold.
  8. Man, I've been really lazy on updating this thread.. But I have been making a lot of progress on my MJ. First sunny day in a few months.. Oh look, everyone's favorite, drum brakes! Found out that the rear drum stopped working because of the axle oil seal leaking into them.. Axle seals kind of suck to relpace. After I cut the bearings and replaced the seals I started to put all the new hardware together. Even with pictures and a friends help it still took 30mins for one side, then maybe 10 for the other. lol And with that, I was finally able to drive it out into the sunlight for the first time in a long time. Image Not Found Now, onto the dash wiring..
  9. HA HA LaserDisc's! That's funny as hell.
  10. Getting the dash out is easy, getting it back in is a pain..
  11. I can find those write ups all over. But I want to just wire up each fan to its on two speed switch with no controller or anything like that.
  12. I can't use the oem fan because I changed the rad to an open one so there is no plug for it. besides, don't the Taurus fans have more power, as well as a high and low speed?
  13. Hello all, what I want to know is how do I wire up two e-fans to two, two speed switches. I was planning on using the popular Ford Taurus fans for this. It's also worth mentioning I have next to no wiring experience so feel free to dumb it down a bit for me. Thanks
  14. I'd be interested in the roll bar if you don't trade him for it. I have some things to trade too.
  15. I have a grey one in great shape here in Pittsburgh.
  16. Thanks for all the help guys!
  17. Oh, ok. How hard is that to get out? Do I just unbolt the those "brackets" you show already removed in the picture? And is there anything I need to make sure I don't do putting back together? Thanks
  18. I figured it just went in at the outer end of the axle tube before the race right? but it seems slightly too big, unless I have to really tap it in.
  19. How do I replace the non c clip d 35 inner axle seals? Mine deteriorated so bad I'm not even sure where they went at all..
  20. Ok, so I need an amp to go with it then. I was thinking about putting four of these speakers with it. http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-TS-A6985R-4-Way-Coaxial-Speakers/dp/B00A0LUX6A/ref=sr_1_1?s=car&ie=UTF8&qid=1394669197&sr=1-1&keywords=6x9+speakers
  21. What he said^. Also, next time shoot me a text if you're heading to a Junkyard cause I haven't been to one in a while and I can help with a lot of your questions.
  22. You should of stopped by! I'm currently swapping in a non corroded to hell fuse box and harness for the interior. Once I finish that I just need to patch the floor, redo the rear brakes/axle seals, and put everything back together.
  23. Hey everyone! I'm currently installing a non corroded and fully functional fuse box. So, I figure while I have everything apart I should wire up a good stereo too. I was thinking on putting in this head unit http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130X560BT/Pioneer-MVH-X560BT.html hooked up to the two door speakers, two rear speakers, and one or two small subs behind the seat. My questions are: is this head unit work for what I want to do? What speakers and subs would be good for this setup? I don't mind spending some money but nothing to crazy expensive. Thanks!
  24. I have the grey interior out of the one I bought from you! lol I bought a black one from Kilmer to change it.
