  1. Anyone know the build specs on those Baja MJs? I've always wondered how they set them up.
  2. Maybe but yours would get more chicks! I need some paint on mine in a bad way.
  3. Yeah the boot has got a tear in it.
  4. and the pics of it actually on the MJ....sorry about the glare, its always sunny in Texas.
  5. Ooh, a topper, I want one!
  6. Hind sight is 20/20. We went cheap and got an O'Reilly's Sachs replacement clutch for Dad's 94' F250. It lasted about 4-5 months. It had a lifetime warranty but I've already went and bought a better Napa product. Luckily the flywheel wasn't eaten up at all, still smooth and didn't even have burn marks on it...I'll scuff it up a little and go in with the new clutch set. Results below: :fs1:
  7. Can you add a pic? I still have the old MJ bottle in mine, the WJ MC/booster didn't interfere with it.
  8. Yeah none of the yards around here have one, that completely works at least.
  9. I've got this posted on nagca.com also but thought I'd double tap it here. Looking for a infinity radio to go in my parents 96' ZJ Orvis. Any Infinity radio from 96-98 should work as long as it came from a Limited or Orvis edition. Just need all the functions to work correctly and I'll pop on it. Thanks, Jay
  10. Don't mean to hijack but just found another doozy, not as cool as the CJ6 though....lol! http://dallas.craigslist.org/mdf/cto/2408363120.html
  11. My buddy had one of these back in high school, can't remember how many times we got it stuck in the swamps in Louisiana doing an activity resembling deer hunting. We were terrible hunters cause we didn't know what we were doing but we were darn good at walking several miles home in the dark.
  12. Comanche County

    COOL!!!

That's close, imagine if they were back to back. Come to think though, they were probably built on the same shift so if there's something peculiar about one, like an odd replacement bolt or if a lazy worker took a sort of shortcut I'd wonder if it's on the other too.
  13. From my grandpa (PaPa), "Don't believe none of what you hear, and only half what you see". Orphaned in the 20s, homeless in the depression, his mother died from an uncontrollable nose bleed of all things in the back of a wagon, his father later died trying get a wagon across the swollen Colorado River in TX, he was the meanest and hardest man I ever met, he didn't take #*&% from anyone. Iraqi Proverb, "Don't shake a stick at the shepherd".
  14. After a long and patient search I finally found a worthy winch. Picked up this Warn HS9500i from a Jeeper up in Dallas. He said it only had about 10 pulls on it. We tested it and it works perfect, its a few years old. After a new coat of Tractor Supply Company implement paint, the bumper is fresh and ready.
  15. Sweet man, the MJ is looking good. I'll probably be down in Temple again next week. If you're friend doesn't mind I might just move into the shop. I'll bring a cot and an old army sleeping bag, I'll be set. I might even pay rent for use of tools, by the six pack of course. You should post a pic of your XJ also, its sick!
  16. I love it, it just keeps getting better.
  17. Cappa from JP magazine did it one year with an FSJ.
  18. Ohhh, I'm telling on you, big cheater... :D
  19. What's the p/n for the ford brake switch?
  20. Ah, it'll straighten up, just put it in a vice and bend it back straight. :D
  21. No, I think it was 2WD. Pioneers did come in 2WD right? Anyone know?
  22. I'm sure they'll try to gouge ya. Its not that great, unless yours is completely rusted or unusable I'd pass. If its still there when I go back to Waco next week I'll probably grab it anyway just for a spare, or I can ship it to you for whatever it cost me.
