i think it's pingpong who has the bumper that is tied into the "frame" and has gaurds that goes around underneath that area for protection. whoever it was that has it i watched a video where they slammed it on a rock and no troubles. thats what I'm planning on doing.

I'm gonna go ahead and ask you since noone else has... there are two model t-cases in automatic jeeps. one with fulltime and parttime, and one with just parttime does yours have fulltime written in green on the shift-selector-plastic-peice thing? if so it is a np242 if not it is a np231 this information will help folks help you. i second that... not so big on newer jeeps. oh and he's right about the 4.0 in an MJ... mines a stick and ive been seen quote unquote accidently burning out all the way up to 3rd... my MJ gets AWESOME gas mileage as well and its a 4x4 -nick
