I think I may just go with a double ended heim joint type set up. I like joints anyways. then there will be no give right? So why not? So I think with my extra tubeing, 1 1/4 x .25 wall, stright cut then mount over axle with tube end in each end to accept the heim joints. :hmm: :hmm: ,.......................... :brows: ...............

Alright, my axle bushing took a grap so I want to build me up a new track bar to go with my steering set up. I wanna go over the axle mount set up, still running my hiem joint but want a 2" bushing on the axle. But where do I get the bushing? I know I've seen them just forgot where. Also has anyone else did something similar post pics if got them thanks.

Easy does it with the whole harping on people for bashing when asking a simple question about his order. This is a good place to ask considering he couldn't get a hold of anyone over there. And if you wanted to get technical with all this bashing BS there are plenty of people that has posted against shopping with Motion Offroad as well as dealing with Lead Not Follow and his site. There is plenty of stuff said and posted to make you question Motion and it's reliability as a company. I for one have dealt with Motion Offroad and have not had a problem, even knew of all the post about them and the BS that surrounds it, however cation I am I prefer to ultimately judge someone through my own experiences. This being why I still go through Motion Offroad when I may need something and as well as talk to Lead Not Follow directly on his site and well seems to be a ok guy to me. So never harp on someone for being concerned about there order, and considering there was a legitimate reason for being so.

are you using the bigger thiner cut off wheel? The thinner the better. Wheres the pic of this trouble some axle perch?> :redX:

Well, my jeep rocked in the dunes. Forgot my digital camera so had to get a quick snap one, so will get that developed and get pics up. But the jeep did great for only 2wd. Just hammered the gas and she went. Fun fun! Was great to meet Up with 89eliminator and his parents. Was a good time and look forward to the Badlands trip and meet some more of you guys. Got my carrier today so good to go on re-gearing the D30. So got my steering on today still working out a few kinks being the trac bar bushing is shot so I'm making due. But she is great as far as the steering. Way nicer than stock. Should be getting it pulled together tomorrow. Paint too!

Yeah good times! To bad I forgot my digital camera. :oops: But got a disposable that needs to be developed. So sad really. But yeah had a good time, 2wd was beautiful up there. Better than some of those 4wd they couldn't even make it up

Alright finally found this thread again. Alright question is my buddy has a tank from his kegrator and I was thinking of useing it for a trail CO2 tank. Would that work for me, it;s a bigger tank which is what I would like. Can get a pic later of it, but what should I look for on it to ensure it could work for me?

I believe the YJ yoke is 1/4" or maybe 1/2" longer than an XJ/MJ yoke. Don't remember for sure, but I know it's not "inches". :D L To R Stock yokes; 94 XJ 4wd, 93 XJ 2wd, 94 YJ 4wd. All fit AX-15 trans.

The air Box that Trail Fanatic and I came up with to help keep water getting sucked up in the intake. Better than cardboard.. Got my stock, 1 1/2" x .25 wall dom ($41 for 8ft stick), back and cut down for my steering. Just need the tube ends welded up..

I pull 21mpg city and 22-23 mpg highway. 4.0 with rusty's airintake tube and K&N filter,throttle body spacer, 33 x 9.50 with 6.5'' lift with a 8.8 out back with 4.10lsd. Granted now that I don't yet have the front driveshaft on up front. Also the head was rebuilt last summer. I run 87 octane and every other tank I add octane booster.
