    Well Hi

I'll move this over to the pub for ya. welcome to the club! :waving:
  2. what brand lift? there are numerous ways to lift an XJ, some good, some downright dangerous. fwiw, there's no way I'd buy someone else's 7" lifted XJ if I was looking for a daily driver. I'd much rather get a bone-stock grandma's grocery getter.
  3. to post pictures, you need to first click the image button above the text box. It's a little greenish square. then you can paste the address in the pop-up box and it'll show up in the thread.
  4. It's got a whole bed back there...
  5. if you click the little greenish square above the text box that says "image", you can then paste the address of the picture in the pop up window and the image will appear.
  6. forgot to include that mine were components. this is where I installed the direct-able (meaning I could point it p towards my head a bit) tweeter:
  7. are you talking about the entire front fascia (headlights, trim, etc)? or just the grille itself? also, what year is your truck?
  8. I am equally baffled. :dunno:
  9. (It's greek for "616")
  10. I was running 5 1/4ers and an 8" sub in my 88 and it sounded great! But I had an amp in the mix. the more power the better. :D
  11. ask neohic. he's the one that did them before.
  12. what was in that square hole?
  13. also could be corrosion in the wire harness connector just behind the rear drivers side tire.
  14. the pop forum is mostly for new guys who can easily find the older "share your story" type of threads.
  15. It's all of 6 bux here. and considering all the attention I seem to get from my city, I do pay it.
  16. I wish I had some artistic talent. :( my brain is just too logical and form-follows-functionie.
  17. lemme dwell on it a bit. got a long day of packing and whatnot ahead of me today and tomorrow is even longer (driving to georgia again). I just don't think there are enough threads to split off a tool section. but it might be nice to separate the mods from the repairs.
