New slave cylinder New clutch master All new lines Clutch plate Pressure plate All new u-joints in both shafts New lower shift boot Some exhaust work I found a freeze plug leaking. So I am installing a block heater in its place. Pic Image Not Found IRO adjustible double sheer track bar and bracket Viair OBA guage panel Hopfully soon I will have this thing on the road.

Internal slave hyd line?
garyindiane replied to garyindiane's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Thanks for the information Jeff. I will use you cotter pin method. I do have some good news. My local KOI auto parts is going to try and bend the lines up for me. Their using a quick connect fuel line for the slave side fitting, and it should work great. I will keep ya'll posted in case anyone in the future has the same problem. -Gary -

garyindiane replied to garyindiane's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
The input side is flare but the output to slave is ment to be held in with a pin clip. Here is a pic of the lines. You can see where the PO tried to repair the input. Image Not Found I posted in the wanted section hopefully someone has one. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=20983 -Gary -

Internal slave hyd line?
garyindiane replied to garyindiane's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
My new one did not come with the lines :dunno: It figures that the last thing I need I can't find. I might post in the wanted section. I'm sure with as many people that have upgraded to the AX-15 external setup someone might have one laying around. -Gary -
Hi guys, I need to get the input line for my internal slave. Not the main line. I have it. The line that goes from the main line to the slave. I just saw that the PO tried to half @$$ repair it. I want to replace it before I put my trans back in. So does anyone know where I can get one ASAP? Thanks Gary. 89 4.0 Pukegoet

Exhaust manifold flange bolts?
garyindiane replied to garyindiane's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Trust me my hands are staind from using so much anti-seize. I do have one more question. I just looked up the donut gasket for the flange and it say their are 2 required? Does anyone know where the other one would go? Do I use one on the down pipe and one on the manifold? I'm just trying to make sure I have everything i need. Thanks-Gary -

Very nice write up. -Gary -
Hi, I'm in the process of droping the trans on the beast. When I removed my down pipe the flange bolts broke. My question is are the studs removable. Can I just replace them with some bolts? Grade 5 or better? Specs: 89 4.0L Any help or info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance -Gary
