Atv looks mean. :chillin: That armor should'nt be that bad to fab up. No crazy angles or anything. I really like that rear bumper. -Gary

 I'm working on setting mine up for a plow. I just finished up the winch mount yesterday. It's a cheap 3000 Pound champion, but it should be enough to lift a plow. Pic Image Not Found -Gary

Yep what he said :agree: -Gary

Please get one from the dealer. I just got a aftermarket one and it lasted 6 hours before it blew out. :headpop: I had to drop the trans again and replace it with a dealer one. I did'nt listen to everyone and ended up regreting it. -Gary

I do industrial maintenance for a company that sandblast and paints military vehicle parts. I do a lot of metal fab and welding there and a ton of electrical work. 480V 3 Phase  They pay me hardly nothing, but they hired me with no maintenance experience. We hand build everything that goes into our plants so it's great for learning almost all aspects of industrial maintenance. That makes it very interesting and makes me love the work. Also provides me time to work on a certian truck with very nice tools :D  :chillin: Welding area Image Not Found Things I have built there Image Not Found Image Not Found -Gary

does this look normal?
garyindiane replied to comanche12's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Don't forget to replace that trac bar with somthing better. Perferably double sheer with a new frame bracket. Also need to replace/upgrade the steering componets. After that you should be set. -Gary -
does this look normal?

Man ohhh Man. If it were me I would start over with that front end. I am not trying to sound mean but it does not look safe at all. I see a homebrew 3 link/radius arm with bad welds holding it together. you might be better off starting over. Sorry and best of luck. -Gary -

Internal Slave O Ring Question
garyindiane replied to kro10000's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I'm pretty sure it's two. Sorry. There is a grove down inside maybe a 1/4". The other one sits flush with the top. I used all four that came with the kit. On a side note... Are you replacing with a factory salve? Replaced mine with autozone crap, and I only got about 30 miles until it blew out. :fs1: Just a warning. I have to drop mine again and replace with a factory unit. -Gary -

2 on mine. 1 down inside and 1 on top of hole. 2 o-rings per line that is. -Gary -

Here is some links. Yes you can still buy them. You can use a quad or tractor or UTV to pull it. I am very happy with it. My driveway was packed solid and now it looks like its covered in new gravel. I pick up a double sheer adjustible from Iron Rock not long ago. That thing is pure beef. It's made from solid stock and the price is cheap. $190 with the bracket http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merchant ... e=IR-STBCK -Gary
