What else would cause bacfire through tbi besides egr and fuel injecter. thanks

I did all of the above. Today took my son back to college today. Still backfiring through tbi and $90.00 in gas (30gallons) and only 290 miles sometimes i can give it gas and will run good other times give it gas and bogs down and backfires through tbi. It is getting exspensive to drive anymore. Any other ideas thanks

Well i found out today it will be in this tueday alot better then 2 weeks. Any ideas if i can weld up by the flange to manifold as temporary fix. Thanks Motion Offroad i will keep in mind for next time.

Mine broke up by the manifold were they bolt together. Never had a problem by the converter.

Would it be better if pipe was on or off vehichle. I am having somebody else do the welding. thanks

This is the pipe from manifold to catalytic converter. Mine broke below the flange by manifold. Can this be welded for a temporary fix. 1990 2.5 part # 44680 walker front pipe do not have a picture. I order one it is back order 2 weeks. thanks

I forgot to ask what size bolt that holds the leafsprings together and how long. thanks

Thanks for the other option. They are actually made for the mj a little more exspensive. Just order will be here sometime next week.

Whats the good and bad about the control arm drop brackets. I have bought from both companies never had bad luck with either. thanks

Passenger side is sagging about 2 inches lower then driverside i have 2wd springs with new bushings. I also have set of 4wd springs with bad bushings. I wanted to use main leaf on 2wd springs and put on the 4wd springs but cut off the bushing ends of the 4wd. I know it sounds like a lot of work taking old bushings out was a pain. Thanks

I searched for a link on how to add a leafspring and witch one. I thought it was the main leaf just cut of the bushings on each side. thanks

I was going to move to passenger side not enough room. I even bought a 97 + coolent overflow tank because the factory 2.5 one is to bulky.

I have the washer tank hooked up inside driverside fender. The filler cap is in the way of the coolent overflow tank in the engine compartment driverside.

Does anybody have pictures of were they moved the coolant overflow reserve. When they upgraded to 97+ winshield washer tank. It is on 1990 2.5 . thanks

I pulled of the hose. looks like it is spraying allright. I have to spare injectors can these be cleaned or rebuilt. thanks

So i filled up with gas last night drove to work today 60 miles round trip used a half tank of gas. Did not have this problem first 800 miles. Normally get around 280 to 300 miles out of a tank. A ny other ideas. thanks

I plugged line removed relay plugged holes took out for drive still backfiring through tbi. Any ideas. thanks

I use my mj as a work truck and sometimes i take on trails. The reason i ask is the 31x10.50 15 m/t is cheaper then the 31x10.50 15 a/t by $15.00 a tire. I have the km2 on my xj just don't have enomiles on them to see how they wear. thanks
