Nothing is wrong with the gas tank. From what i have read on here it sounds like the sending unit that is the reason i wanted to know about the xj tank. I would use the sending unit to. Would the 2.5 tbi and 2.5 mpi be the same fuel pump. Thanks

Would you know of hand how much bigger is the xj tank over the mj tank and would xj fit under the bed with some custom mounting brackets. thanks

What would it take to replace xj tank into a mj. I know the tanks are not the same will sending unit and fuel pump all work from a xj. Also does it have to be for the same size motor. thanks

7 hours later finally got the stupid bolt out. The reason i took out is to convert over to e brake in center council with the rest of 97+ interior.

Just got back had a great time took lots of pictures. The jeep tour sucked all on the road because all of the snow was melting 75 to 80 the entire time we were on the cruise.No pictures of any mj i did get one of a jeep do not know what it is though will have my sister post a picture of it.

What does it take to get the back bolt out for the factory foot e brake. The one behind the fuse panel and there is a support bracket there. Thanks sorry i put in the wrong forum

Yes all of us are going at the same time 9 of us. Looking foreward to thursday get to take a jeep 4 wheeling all day at one of the stops.

Finally getting my christmas present. Leaving tomorrow for 14 day cruise to Alaska that mom and dad gave all the kids and grandkids for part of there christmas present.

They would be used just for offroad. He has 4 tires for $150.

They are firestone ndcc military tires 7.00-15. Non dirctional cross country tread if that helps.thanks

Another question are the old willys tires street legal and or they any good in the mud. They are the real skinny tires maybe 15 x 7 wide. thanks

Just tires or would i be better of some sort of trade. I tried to sell some doors once had a bad experiance. They wanted them for basicaly nothing. I thought $25. was cheap for 2 94 xj doores

I bought factory wheels and these tires came with them. They would not sell just wheels. I was thinking $125. all 4 tires does this sound fair. thanks

Made it St.louis MO to the florida keys and back with the bed loaded with work gear chainsaws, belts, ropes, clothes, beer.

I checked the spring and regulator everything looked normal so i put back together. Put new presure hose on (#7) started up eveything is good. The new fluid is still kind of milky looking in the resevoir. Is the pump turning to fast maybe. This is a newer pump little over a year old. Any ideas thanks

Using new hose. Were is the flow control valve located. Thanks

I have 1990 2.5 with factory power steering. I have been through 4 preasure hoses in the 3 weeks it starts to leak 2 or 3 days after installed. They are leaking at the factory crimp to preasure line any ideas why this is happening. thanks
