I have a 1990 2.5 full gauges. With in the past week i noticed. Once when the gas gauge gets about half full it starts bouncing around .Then goes to full and stays. Is this normal for this year of vehichle

I have a 1990 2.5. There is thee holes on the top outside of the valve cover.1 for the oil cap, 1 for the pcv, and 1 for something that goes from vale cover to air box. My question is the baffel or what ever it is inside of the valve cover broke off. The one hole that goes to air box. It was hitting the rocker arms so i took it out the knocking sound is gone now i have oil everywere. Can i block this line off what is its purpose anyway.

Dumb question. What is the differanc between metric ton springs the other mj leaf springs.

Is the welder electric or air. It says max 15 psi so how would it get heat if it is not electric. I have never even seen a picture of one. Just read about them.

Do you have to cut the plastic. Then melt it together or doesit cut to.

I wasnt realy worried how they looked. Just didnt want them to fall apart. I will put herculiner or something with a texture on it.

Well i got everything on.I thought the wire harness was going to be a pain. Turned out that was the easy part. I would post pictures but i do not have a camera. Thanks again

Does anybody know if i can just plug in the 97 harness to the 90 harness without splicing together.

Yes that is all i am replacing. The two front ferders and header panel + the new wire harness.

What will i have to do to change fenders and the header panel.

Is the 97+ cherokee same as 96 and older.For the fenders and header panel. i know the wires are differant for the header panel. thanks
