How do you check if egr valve is stuck open.

It is same gasket for both manifolds. I have replaced exhaust manifold twice in a year they were both cracked.

This is going to be the 5 gasket with in a year. Any reason why all bolts are tight 22lbs for 6 of the bolts 30lbs for the center bolt. It is a 1990 2.5. thanks

I do not want upper long arms. Just want two short upper arms and brackets welded on lower long arms. I worried about the lower control arm bracket on the crossmember. If it will hold up to 4 link. Yes i live in arnold / perry. Imperial is 4 miles south of arnold.

Do you think the crossmember tabs will be strong enough to hold this. I have a old rockkrawler kit with nothing going to the upper control arm mounts. It has got a tourque arm set up . i got some pictures on here somewere. The pictures are under rockkrawler long arm under mj tech. don't know how to move to a different link.

What upper arms would you recomend using and how far back on lower control arms would you go. thanks

I have a old rockkrawler 3 link long arm. Would it be possible to weld brackets on long arms for the upper control arms to bolt in factory location so ican have 4 link. thanks

Iwill try to get pictures tomorrow. Does local auto part stores some rust preventer that works. I had the same idea as you suggested only thing i wasnt going to do was paint it. I was going to cut out rust put new patch panel on. Then spray rust preventer then primer then spray bedliner on it. Then put factory end cap back on. Would this work. thanks

I took of rear end cap today i found a big rust hole there.Anybody else have this problem any ideas on how to fix. thanks

That is another problem. I thought i read swb have a 18 gallon tank. I ran out of gas put in 1 gallon out of a gas can drove to gas station filled up only took just over 14 gallons. Or is there rust or something in tank. On the vacume hose can i just take of and replace. thanks

What are the adjustable balljoints over plain balljoints used for. Does the adjustable make that big of differance when getting a front end . thanks

Any ideas on how to remove radiator on 1990 2.5. The rubber insert on top are rotten and just keeps spinning. Can i buy these at auto parts store. I am replacing radiator has a hole in it. Sorry no pictures. thanks
