  1. Looks like your leaf spring and/or shackle bushings are rotten. The wheel isn't centered in the wheel well. That's how my longbed looked like when I first bought it.
  2. Check the fuel pump ground wire behind the left tail lamp. Clean up and tighten. Then get a gauge set and check pressure at the fuel rail.
  3. ^^ Agree with that. I also had a 2WD drive shaft I needed to shorten after lifting. The 2WD shaft has an enclosed rubber sheath. When I brought it to my local shop, they tested it and it was still balanced, but told me that the rubber inside could be too decomposed to shorten it and they would not guarantee the balance. No charge. So I ordered a new one from Tom Woods (http://www.4xshaft.com/) with new Spicer u-joints for about the same price as above. Then sold the original shaft and recouped about 33$ of the cost. Win-win.
  4. It wouldn't be a problem here in my state, but maybe NC has different laws.
  5. Again: The difference is made up in the single cable from the turnbuckle to the foot pedal.
  6. That is cool! Perfect if you have a canopy and need to haul your bike. I was going to ask how you loaded and unloaded, but looked on the Harbor freight site and found this. I like it.
  7. Call Tom Laher @ (662) 538-5676 and tell him you're a CC member. He's a member here too. Pretty sure it's a 10% discount.
  8. On the Hell Creek site click on the SPRINGS button in the Product Line window, then the NEXT button until you get to Jeep.
  9. Those are just parts detail stickers; the valve cover, belt routing, and the ECU respectively. Your 92 (93?) should have a body tag riveted on the left side firewall upper corner like the below. Do you have this tag? The factory VIN is in the bottom row.
  10. You can get stock, metric ton, or lift MJ rear leaf packs HERE (Hell Creek Suspension) and HERE (General Spring). Both companies are good and offer discounts to Comanche Club members. BTW I think your 91 Elim was well bought.
  11. That was not available when I was looking. Me either. I just saw them on Ebay last week. I guess this guy fabs copies of the Lokar clevis.
  12. Ebay, $.99/ea: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rear-Brake-Clevis-Set-Ford-emergency-parking-brake-for-jaguar-wilwood-rearend-v8-/351196757620?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item51c4f53e74&vxp=mtr You can leave the spring on the cable or not. I did not because the ebrake has return springs internally and pulls the shoes back when released.
  13. Do you have the Ford e-brake lever like the picture I posted above? You should. If so, then use the Ford clevis (the shiny thing) to connect them.
  14. Why must you use ZJ cables? The MJ cables are right at 48".
  15. The MJ left and right rear cables for both LWB and SWB use the same part number, 52006380. Both are the same length. To attach the cable to the Ford ebrake lever you can use a slotted Ford brake clevis.
  16. Oh come on Eeyore. We're having a ton of fun!!!! Hey Knucklehead! You having fun too beatin' on that dead horse? Hang in there mate.
  17. Good example in this post detailing the fun you can have with Renix sensors. :P
  18. Yep, that's correct. Another Renix advantage is that with an HO you'll never experience the joys of dealing with 35 overly-sensitive obsolete sensors that all interact with each other and a poorly engineered leaky vacuum system. Now we're talking. Let the fun begin!! I'll take a pass and let all you masochists enjoy. :rotfl2:

  20. I've never heard of that one. Been running the 99 intake for years and did have it dynoed before and after. It made some pretty decent numbers. Even got a slight improvement in fuel economy. http://www.jeepstrokers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=387
  21. It checks out. 87-90, 52004346, BRACKET, Track Bar 91-99, 52007121, BRACKET, Track Bar 00-01, 52007121AC, BRACKET, Track Bar You would think the aftermarket track bar manufacturers would do test fits on all the vehicles they claim their product fits before marketing it.
  22. Check it out HERE. I have no comment except :shake:
  23. 1991 was the change. All were the same for 2WD / 4WD / LHD 87-90, BAR, Track, 52000970 91-01, BAR, Track, 52007118
  24. The hubs did not come with dust caps. The 2WD up to 1993 had dust caps but are now unobtainium. I also ended up using those same Mr.Gasket caps on my 2WD.
