Probly most likely the alt lost 2 due to water and its location down low while off roading. I plan on swapping in a 97+ alt braket from a wrangler

Its actually not bad on our jeeps theres 2 studs one at the front one at the back. You can leave all wiring together and slide intake and exhaust over. Or disconnect everything and pull them out to clean it up aither way exhaust doughnut needs taken apart since u did the whole exhaust get a new doughnut. Oh and a swivel and extensions are ur friends

I saw somewhere earlier someone posted a ford slip that was longer. Anywone have the info Saw this http://www.dennysdriveshaft.com/p330_ford_transfer_case_slip_yoke_31_spline_1330_series_for_bw_13.html but only 1/4 inch longer. My transfer case is a 231 out of a 1995 xj. Hoping to finish my conversion and move onto the floor boards so i can drive it thanks guys
