Starter issue check ground on engine at dipstick where head block meet has to be clean and tight. Also try wiggling the shifter nss can do it too try cleaning the plug roughly same spot as said ground. Ground for fuel pump is by driver side tail light really i doubt its the issue recheck the fuel pump wiring inside the tank and the plug.

Looked into this ,people used the Cherokee front suspension and converted to 4x4.as to dash? Maybe they had a whole cherokee and swaped everything

87 is renix. Above 91 at the least you'll need is intakemani complete exhaust all the way to cat, thortle pedal with cable, and adapt the throttle position cable.

It can be done I've done quit a few have to have perfect temp, any sun and the heat of the tint dries the water than u have issues.

Turn wheels straight, i bet steering wheel is off, adjust till your wheels are straight and steering wheel is straight. Id measure mine but i need to adjust mine yet and lift is going in soon so mine will be different than urs.

84 to All the way to 96. Will work.

Bleed down is normal usually around 12 psi. Test fuel pressure with it running driving stick gauge on windshield then go from there. But I would start looking at other areas. Clogged cat? Electrical issue? Sensor?
