  1. An unsolicited testimonial ... I bought one from Steve's eBay listing a couple years ago (my eBay user name is ManchesterUSA). The headliner looked excellent, installed it by myself in a little over an hour and best of all, it was holding up really nice when I sold the truck. Unfortunately, no pics. The guy who bought the truck commented because the many trucks he'd looked at, all had missing or destroyed headliners.
  2. Have ya ever noticed that most of the low mileage MJ's you see are UGLY colors.
  3. It's back. $12,500 or best offer. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jeep-Comanche-4x4-4-0HO-AT-1991-Jeep-Comanche-Pioneer-Metric-Ton-Dana44-4-0L-4WD-A-T-013-342-Miles-/221183884347?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item337f963c3b

What's the little red number thingie in the corner of the Shoutbox tab?
  5. 4.0 4X4 Fun! I bought my first Jeep (XJ) in 94 and instantly loved it ... sadly, my x-wife got it in the divorce. Sure do miss that Jeep. I've had many makes and models since, but I've returned to XJ and MJ, and everything is right with the world.
  6. It's back. Topped out at $2750 last time. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ZOMBIE-RESPONSE-UNIT-Perfect-Daily-Driver-Zombie-Hunters-and-Doomsday-Prep-/251220618693?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3a7dea6dc5
  7. Nice trail rig, tastefully done. Seller seems well adjusted too, as their asking price isn't way out of line. http://providence.craigslist.org/cto/3548889216.html
  8. Oh Lord. You yungins have to keep it alive!
  9. Parts. :P
  10. Never measured by bed, but the cap I took off has a footprint of 60x90 incheas and it fits.
  11. The reality is, all Comanches are rare and becoming more so. It's worth what you and the next guy will pay. If you're interested in it, and it's as advertised ... Wear a smile, tell the seller you've got to start somewhere, and throw out $1600 or 1800. Be ready to buy and let the negotiation begin. Keep in mind, there will almost always be another truck. It will be in better shape than the one you bought and cheaper.
  12. I've been watching MJ auctions on eBay for years. The subject of this thread is one of those vehicles I knew I'd see twice (or more). In this instance, I think we'll see it again. There was a $100 incremental, compulsive bidding war between two relative newbies that drove the price well beyond the value. There will be buyer remorse.
  13. Not much for details/pictures. Must be a 2.8. http://nh.craigslist.org/cto/3550056259.html
  14. New to the site and knew that someone must have done this before but, Welding? Bummer. I was hoping my socket set was going to make this happen. I've been accumulating interior stuff to clean up my truck. I have a pair of super clean buckets and console from a '96 XJ with which I plan to replace the bench. I was planning to replace the carpeting too, and after reading the "Best Tip" forum, I think I'll look under the existing carpeting sooner than later.
  15. My guess is it won't sell. I would bet their reserve is 10K+
