  1. Looking for a good set of chromoly shafts for a Hp Dana 30
  2. I had Iron Rock short arms for awhile with my 6 inch lift. They did the job but still left my wheels too far back in the fender well. I went long arm to get the adjustment I needed to get the axle centered again.
  3. Maybe. I broke the one with the spring. I just replaced it with the cable without one.
  4. Sorry I'm talking about on the actual cable from the pedal to lever on the manifold. This: Vs.
  5. Whats the purpose of the 25 inch accelerator cable with the spring near the manifold?
  6. Some fuel tank patch putty would work I think.
  7. After a month of being under the knife the comanche is finally back together. Got the few loose ends tied up today. New muffler. Got rid of the cat and installed flex in down pipe.
  8. I would be down for replicas of the Warrior products tube doors. 450 dollars for tube doors is just too rich for my blood.
  9. Ok tested all the fusible links, all showed low resistance. I also was able to test with another ecu. Still nothing. Rechecked my ground at the block and its tight still.
  10. I had to bend a wrench to get into the tight spaces. Also had to just vicegrip some of the fittings cause mine started rounding off. The job sucked, but in the end I got it done. I replaced my block with a prop valve from a zj and eliminated the hight sensing valve out back.
  11. Which link would be fuel injector related in the spider of links on the relay?
  12. I did look through those pretty well. A bad link would be pretty apparent right?
  13. Actually I did late yesterday AC volts read .1-.2 so I'm guessing it's the culprit. You think the short at the battery would have fried it though?First of all sorry for not answering earlier quito busy in this life, and if thats the reading on the cps, thats a no start condition, check on cruiser tips for refreshing grounds I have done all the tips. First thing I did when I got the truck. I actually got a can on starting fluid today, shot it in the intake and she fired up for a sec. So it def is fuel related now.
  14. Well the cps didn't do it. Fiddled with it a little more and I can't feel the injectors clicking when cranking took plug out and have fire but can't smell gas. I do have fuel pressure at rail.

  16. Update: Took the Icm out and had it tested. Its good so thats out now.
  17. I started my 89 Comanche up after head gasket replacement. Truck idled for about 10-15 secs but was making a noise. I jumped out to see what it was and then it died. Ended up being the fan chewing up my winch positive lead :fs1: Got pushed in the way I guess. So I unhooked the cable went back to start it and nothing. Just cranks over and over. I tried the ole unhook the cps and still nothing. I checked the fuseable links and grounds, nothing seems out of the ordinary. I tried to research and I'm thinking Ecu or Icm. Am I on the right track or way off?
  18. I'm in Dallas. So we weren't far at all.
  19. Did a little work today. Replaced the front crank seal and the o-rings on the oil filter adapter. Also removed some parts. Got a pile started. Took out Ac and components and the cruse control servo. Got rid of the football too. Replaced with vacuum ball out of a newer jeep.
  20. I need, a good Knock sensor and connector clip, and a dust shield for an Aw4 transmission. The shield is smaller lower section. Also need the plastic wire cover thing that clips on the passenger side of the engine bay near the diagnostic connectors.
  21. I have a Dynomax super turbo waiting to go in. I can't recommend the walker oem, mine blew out in less than 2 years. Rattles really bad.
  22. I got it. A little persuasion and some Mapp gas got the job done. Thanks guys.
  23. Got a lot done yesterday. Removed head, extracted broken manifold stud. New head gasket and head bolts. Re-installed manifold and new header. Almost buttoned up Waiting on my new Flowkooler water pump then the top half of the motor project will be done.
  24. I installed a new dorman exhaust manifold yesterday and everything went smooth except when I went to put the egr tube into the intake manifold. It is sitting about 3/4 of an inch too far forward and the pipe is so stiff I couldn't push it into place. Anyone else run into this? Possible easy fix?
