I think I read somewhere that the rear has a special bleeding procedure because of the load sensing valve. Not sure though.

Like the truck man. The Jasper Jeep front plate is cool too
-
Thanks man. I have a lit of fun working on the jeep. I just like to be proactive instead of reactive I guess. Fix all weak parts!

Installed a Ford Explorer transmission cooler today. Just used some cooler zip retainers from Autozone. Quick and easy upgrade.

Picked up a pair of Arb shackles. There is a decent amount of slop when installed in the d-ring mounts. Saw crown makes some isolators, but I waned to find something local. Stopped by Ace to see if I could find anything on the hardware isle. Didnt have any luck, I then roamed the store some and ended up on the pluming isle.... Notice the play These are the washers I saw and figured would work. can't go wrong for 1.49 each Perfect fit

gotttdammmn that looks good -
Thats weird cause my buddy just ordered mud terrains tires through Discount and they actually told him to go home and find a better price so they could match. When he went back they actually found a cheaper price on the web for him when they were price matching lol.

Everything all installed and aligned. Got a new RE stabilizer as well.

Yeah I know but for 229 dollars invested in the project I wasnt gonna complain too much lol.

I didnt get any good daylight pics of them all painted so I included the raw pics since they are better. The are rock solid on the jeep, I'm very happy how they turned out.

Used my day off today to fab up some sliders for the Comanche. So far so good I think, they are trail gear brand. Universal fit for toyotas but I made em work lol.

Got the bumper finished Friday night. Looks awesome if I do say so. Hidden receiver!
-
Got the bumper and it looks like its gonna be a fun project. Spent a few min on it today on my lunch break.

I think it's great, don't really have anything to compare it too cause when I got the jeep it had 3.55 and 31's. I didn't drive it any either, just drove it home from Alabama and took it apart lol.

Nice shot of me and my buddies. Also got a JCR rear bumper in the mail, excited to get rid of the box tube bumper that came on my jeep!

8.8 Axle Swap Into A 90 Comanche

You have a Pull-a-Part near you? Mine had decent amount of them, actually I had a hard time finding a 4.10 open axle. Only had one explorer sport with one in it, I got lucky. I don't think there are any open 8.8 in 3.55. Why wouldnt you want the limited slip? :hmm: Put a Spartan locker in it. Gotcha, I didnt know that you couldnt put a locker in a limited slip dif. you can but you have to change out the carrier I think Correct, it has to be an open carrier. I will say so far I really like the spartan. I almost never notice its even back there on the pavement. I dread the day I ever have to remove it though lol. Damn c-clips -

Had to upgrade the shocks cause the skyjackers upfront were too short. It was a good upgrade.

I know the weather was great. We originally wanted to go up to Beasley Knob but its been closed cause of all the rain. So Helen was plan B and it didn't disappoint.
