SUA, because I have some lift already built into the military wrapped springs. I'd be at or around 9" lift if I went SOA. Yolo!!

Changed the trans fluid out today and it took all of maybe 15 minutes...the longest part of it was letting all of the old fluid drain out. It drives so much better!

I was just assuming one of them is also used to stop my brake pedal from flying all the way up

Still left to do: -Change trans fluid -Weld in the new rockers -Change diffs & tcase fluid -Get new shocks -Install new shocks -Get new steer dampener -Swap in my H4's -Swap radio's (gotta have that HD radio!) -Pick up a new bed -Pick up Pass. side finder -Pick a 97+ front clip -Recover the headliner -Redye the dash and panels - 2" lift spacers to level out the front some - Install 2" lift spacers -Bondo work on doors -Install 97+ mirrors -Repaint (next summer most likely)

Fixed my floor plans, sealed them and then bondo'ed em to steal them even more. Then, bed liner. Cut out the rusted rockers, got some stout @$$ stuff to put in its place! And picked up some paint guns on sale for 20 bucks. Well I will just like the pictures speak for themselves..

Hahah no I could not rock that. I'm just going to keep it the gray/black two tone it is now. Heck I was actually even thinking about painting my truck a shade of gray. And now that Ive seen yours I am for sure doing it!

Hey man I was just wondering where you got the SEM interior vinyl dye? How much you used? And if you don't mind, how much it cost? I'm assuming since you're not driving Bucky you can't really comment on how well its holding up correct? lol

LOL And six tires? :hmm: Why six? I do pit support work down at the Baja 500 and 1000 for BFG Pits. I was due four tires from 2011 due to an oversight. When I re-ordered them in December 2012, they asked me if I wanted the two tires that I earned from working the Baja 1000 last November. I said "Sure". Ah okay, gotcha! Well I guess you gotta spare for your spare now!

Yep just get some WJ lower control arms or put some washers under your steering stops and the 31's will fit no issues stock

No problem, the pictures would just help me to figure out my problem. Well I know of at least 3 members here all with the same issue, so I don't think someone tampered with it like that. I think something happened to the "stopper"...if there is one

The pictures aren't showing up for me. But I have a question..is there a piece, or what would be out of adjustment, that would hold the parking brake down some so you can get your foot on it easily. I know I'm not the only one with this issue so I figured it would be okay to slightly hyjack this thread. lol It look like this when its off: And it looks normal when its on..

:agree: If the CAD never engaged, you would be alright, and no, it wouldn't be 3wd. That's only if you have a spool or welded the front. By why take the chance? If that CAD somehow happens to engage, you're going to break something, and it's not going to be something cheap and easily fixed. If you have to swap the rear without changing the front at the same time, take the front shaft out to ensure you don't accidentally crack your T-case in half. :agree: Why chance braking anything? Just leave the front DS disconnected then you won't have any issues. And if your 8.8 has 3.55 then get a D30 from an auto XJ swap em both and call it good.

Yeah mine only got up to 25/30 before I felt bad and shifted. lol She would not get anywhere close to 50. But thanks for the tips on driving, I did much better today haha
