  9. I met a guy who installed a Cummins 3.3 diesel in a '86 4x4, fabricated the bellhousing and attached a ax15. he said he used everything from a 4 cyl on the front of the motor. I told him about the site so maybe he can get on and tell how he did it.

  11. speaking for the '00 seats I have, the whole setup is different, I'm looking at fabbing up the piece needed to mount them.
  12. You can't that was the route I was going to take to install '00 seat from an XJ, the brackets are different. Pug you either have to get the brackets (welded to floorboard) from the donor or fab some up.
  13. removed old bumper leaving the brackets attached to the truck. 15mm socket and wrench. Image Not Found Switched the brackets on the S10 bumper. there are four bolts, two are accessible from the bottom of the bumper 3/4 socket, Image Not Found the other two you have to remove the plastic cap, I started on the end and slowly pried with a screwdriver Image Not Found remove cap and expose the other bolts, 3/4. Image Not Found I switched the brackets loosely tightened, "C" facing towards the center, Image Not Found to see where I needed to cut the S10 brackets, removed the brackets and measured approximately 5 1/8 from the edge Image Not Found reinstalled the brackets, loosely tighten bolts, and placed the bumper on the truck bumper brackets for mock up and alignment Image Not Found Image Not Found haven't decided if I going to weld the "new" brackets to the "old" or bolt them. Later I will check to see if I can drill holes for the upper bolts in the "old" bracket in case of removal later on. Image Not Found
