Interesting as I never read anything like that but I just bolted them in place but due to my stroker and no I am running a Comp Cam and lifters and custom 505 pushrods... The head I am using is the 0630... I just copied this from their site... As said earlier I only had to remove the baffle which was in the Instructions to do.. Thanks Its been a long stroker build and now that is in my Trans is Crapped out on me... -

Thanks and yes it was... Cutting and piecing the Mandrel bent Hot rod kit took about 2 days of fiddling with which includes the welding and grinding but since you can not just go out and buy a full mandrel bent kit to bolt on I had to make it... I debated on OE 90 out the side or the 45 and I have since installed a Nice Polished SS truck tip... -
Sorry I do not... My first 15G tank was from a 92 I bought to pull the Engine/Trans for my Buddies YJ V8 Swap and then just found my 22G from car-part.com and I think my sending unit was from a 00 Dakota but that I bought new and had to be slightly modified... This was my First 15G swap... Image Not Found Then swapped up to the 22G Image Not Found Image Not Found The Sender Mods Image Not Found

That's Always possible or maybe an aftermarket re-enforcement kit for the DIYer...
-
Nope that has nothing to do with Canada, Never seen anything like that before and I have scrapped and parted out many an MJ... Very odd that you have had two with this same bumper brace, maybe the same guy who built this owned both your MJ's before you...

looks good from the pic...

Renix or HO, that's the question... Advice needed
Jeepman replied to knever3's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
My first conversion of my MJ was switching from Renix to OBD and the change was well worth R and that was like 8 years ago however my recent conversion to OBDII was the best so I'd say concert to the OBD for sure. -
It's an MJ with a funny hat!
Jeepman replied to gogmorgo's topic in Craigslist/eBay... i.e. Not Your Stuff
I am not worried about the cold just all the crazy snow you guys get out there as I wouldnt be able to head that way to buy it till the new year then it would likely be buried in snow. -
Sounds Great Can you email me a couple pics to jeepman@jeepmansoffroad.com Thanks

Its just a Visor and Fast back but interesting Decal package... -
if your going from a 5 Speed manual to an Auto then there is NO Pilot bushing/bearing... Just remove your old one and that's it...

I am looking for OE Short box MJ Exhaust hanger brackets as shown here with exception to the rear one as it rotted away a few years ago but I want the OE hangers so if you have them on a Parts truck I would gladly pay you for them just click a few pics and let me know a Cost shipped to me and we can go from there... This is the front hanger... This is where the rear would go... Thanks Alex

A few more Exhaust shots... Still have to install the Chrome Tip

Time for a Few more updates... Custom Fan Bracket from my Dual 10" Electric fans... Ignore the Aluminum Rad as it was an EBay buy and was JUNK and only lasted me 2 weeks before it Died.. Then Opened up my Box of Exhaust Parts from MagnaFlow for my Custom Exhaust... My Magnaflow XL Muffler and High Flow OBDII Cat... Started Assembling my Collector Pipe... New Beside the Old... Completed Front Collector Pipe and welded in an 02 Bung in the cat... Now onto the rest of the Exhaust and then Fire this Bad boy Up...

You can use the XJ tank if your Willing to mount it at the back of the MJ (kinda as it would be in the XJ) but not in the OE MJ location...
-
However you can use the stock MJ tank and return fuel system you can just use a Stock XJ/YJ/MJ 4.0L fuel rail that has a return and the regulator at the rail and live with the inaccurate sender and or mod the sender to read accurately but with the fact that MJ senders are NON existent to buy new Id say go with the newer tank options... I used a 23 Gallon Dakota Tank...

Reconditioned the Head with Larger SS Valves (supercharging at a later date) and I think machine work for the valve springs otherwise nothing major as I eventually planning on an Aluminum head down the road so testing this setup first... Was going to do a full port and polish but heard mixed reviews and since I have been eager to get my Truck back rolling I wasn't too worried about it right now... OH and installed Harland Sharp Roller rockers

Done Very Soon maybe a week or two as I still need to assembly my Magnaflow Hot rod exhaust system and No immediate plans for the Dyno, just need to get my truck back up and running again... Some More Progress on the Engine... Transmission all cleaned up and Transgo Shift kit installed... Decided to Modify my Rough Country Long arm kit Crossmember because I do not like having to practically remove the front axle anytime I need to service the trans...
