Thats what i thought about the ranger springs. cause i can buy some that offer up to 4" drop in the rear. so, maybe either that or bags if i win the lottery :P

oh yeah, will leaf springs from anything else fit on the stock mounts? if so i could get some from beltech or somthing. Although i kinda wanna go with bags but there a little out of my budget :P

not sure yet. which do you think would be the best? I have been having mixed thoughts about this. I'm not sure how i want to drop it. do i wanna do a suspension drop? will that get me enough drop that i want? would it be bad to get rid of the suspension completely? lol. gimme some feed back. how should i drop this beast? Edit: oh yeah, i havnt taken pics yet. but the floor is WAY worse then it looks in those.

Alrighty! So, i have finaly decided to take the leap and do somthing with my Mj! :D Most of you won't like this but its gonna be slammed strait to the ground. I started today by tearing things apart to get a feel of the damage and repair work i need to do. pic after taking off the fenders and grill assembly. The rust is terrible on my truck. I'm replacing the fenders and doors. as you can see, some pretty bad rust damage. floor boards are gonna be bad :( Well, i have more to post but I'm tired. ill update later today.

how much do you think the ranger springs would drop it? and what would it take to put them in? How do blocks work? I'm geussing the go between the axle and the springs. Which would also mean longer U-bolts right?

Well, i have a few questions about making my mj into more of a street rod. 1. Whats it take to put in a manual tranny and what kind of options am i looking at. 2. Whats it take to lower it a few inches. and are there any lowering kits out there? 3. are there any kind of suspension upgrades for the comanche? in terms of anti-roll bars, ladder bars or somthing of the sort.

lol this is wierd, ive been wanting to do a street mj for a while now but i don't want to do that to the 4x4. i think the MJ looks awesome as a street truck. I don't really go wheeling much since my truck is completly stock. :-/ I would even consider trading my truck for a decent 2wd. Now that i think about it i think I'm gonna post that in the classifieds.

wow, i would really love to go...but I'm not sure the MJ would make the 678.24 mile trip plus i only have about $100 in the bank right now lol and i don't think that would cover the whole trip :( :cry:

oh man...tough choice woman vs. my rig.... I would like to say that my woman gets more attension then my rig but i would be lieing. now...if i absolutly had to get rid of one of them it would definatly be my rig. But the only reason for that is i can always get aother one
