  2. don't do it, i spent ALL day outwheeling tjs on 31s LOL... i only got stuck once, that ruby got stuck 4 times :X lol
  3. it's not a c30 if its 4wd, it's a k30.... front axle = chevy dana 60 =$1200 on a bad day with good brakes... SRW k30 with a solid body, expect 1500-3500 depending on your fellow bidders... good luck, post pics

  5. i priced all new stuff today, minus the hood cuz i forgot, new fenders, header panel, grille and both headlight buckets $340.00 may go new if i can't find a decent used one...
  6. no more vacuum leak, 90$ worth of ford gt aluminum suspension washers and it's 4wd again.... now onto the column shift??? common or not? gotta fix the tilt wobble too, bushings or not??

  10. its got the 231 pattern... i didnt know the 231 had the part time light though, learn something new every day
  11. first off, I'm taking bets.... who wants to guess what t-case i have before i crawl under and look.... when i bought it, i assumed it was a 231 from the shift pattern, but now my dash lights up sometimes in 2wd with a "part time" light, which would mean i could have a 242, right?? so place your bets.. also, how common is it to have a column shifter in an MJ?? and c: what is the jeep part number for the bushings for the tilt?

  13. whiteshark, how did you stabilize the bed sides... and to avoid having to use rubber trim on the edges, just cut a 1/2" notch in the fender at the corners of your cuts and fold them... on my fronts on my manche thats all i did, i removed the flares, cut the notches and folded, kept all the stock body lines, i need to trim it higher, because i cut the rears so high, but it looks clean...
  14. there isnt that valve on it at all, the one in his picture, its just the blue hose with the rubber nipple...

  16. sounds eerily like a bad MAP or MAF sensor or even tps sensor, or bad ignition control module... don't know which of these your jeep has, but test the ones ya got...
  17. so i bet if i unplug that blue line, that has a screw stuck in it on my manche, my 4wd might work, seems maybe it's the problem??
  18. battery trick works on obd1 and previous computer controlled vehicles... nothing 96 or newer

  24. possibly caused by a rear window leak, leak check the rear window just to be sure...
