  1. This one is super nice, friggin love the interior..... http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?c ... dard=false
  2. If you'd ever be willing to pay $4k for a stock MJ, I think most will agree this would be a good candidate. W/out seeing the underside, it's super clean. Could use a paint job, but looks like a "grandpa barn jeep" if you know what I mean. I sent an email asking how many leaf springs were on it. :brows: I'm sure it could be had for at least $3500. Schweeeeet. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?c ... dard=false

  4. yeah, those have been on there for awhile. i think the hyperblack's are smokin!
  5. #2 is barely acceptable IMO. #1 looks like shiite and #3 looks like triple shiite.
  6. On Jeepforum.com........ "These came off my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. I've owned it since new. There is no curbage on the wheels. The tires are about 5,000 miles old. They have GREAT tread on them. They were put on in the winter last year in preparation for snow. Now that the season is over I'd like to upgrade so these have to go. This is for a set of FIVE (spare included). The spare has never touched the ground. The tire size is OEM: 30x9.5/15. This would make a great upgrade for a 4 cyl. Jeep, etc. There is some clear coat missing on the wheels near the center caps." Yours for the low low price of only...........................................$1100! :fool:
  7. Ebay, search for "94 smd led". Those are the ones I use for the cluster lights. The indicators are inexpensive 94 single standard LEDS. The heater controls and lights to the left are 74s I bought a 3 smd for the heater controls and the left hand warning lights are 74 standard single bulbs color matched to the position. Shift light=amber etc. When I search "94 smd led" there are over 1500 listings. Sorry to ask you to do this, but can you be more specific, or maybe post a link from a listing of the proper ones? :dunce:
  8. and the point is?? talk about too much time on your hands
  9. deziped, awesome pics. probably 90% or more of those could be replaced with pics from VA or NC. they offer a lot of the same things, which is a little bit of everything. sea, land, mountains, cities, they have them all. as much as i love my Virginia, i could see myself living out there.

  15. seems to me that if you did the beijing 2500 grill, 97+ interior, put in a 242, stroker, and lowered it with some fat street wheels and tires, you'd just about have what he's looking for. i could dig it. the next step would be to truly try to mod in an srt8 drivetrain if possible, although that 500+HP stroker they did in JP magazine would do just fine for me!
  16. mine had an annoying squeal about a year ago. i thought it was the idler pulley, maybe the water pump or another pulley. i happened to take the truck to a shop because i was replacing the expansion valve on the a/c system and couldn't get it off to save my life. when i picked it up, the guy said, "oh, and i tightened up your belt and got rid of your squealing". been gone ever since.
  17. So do we know the final day of production?

  21. Eagle, I also did some looking, and out of curiosity looked for the lowest mileage Limited I could find, regardless of location. AutoTrader and Cars.com showed a couple at the 60k mark and several in the 70's. Prices were $9's-11k. I also was able to find out that the avg. wholesale price for "excellent" condition Limited XJs, w/an avg. mileage of 78k, were bring roughly $6 grand at auction (I have access to auction #s :brows: ). Normal markup is gonna be $2-3k. I still say you make the jerks at the place that pulled the mat from under your feet go buy you one at straight wholesale INCLUDING extended warranty and reconditioning it to as new as possible. :redX:
  22. Eagle, you've been around the block a lot more than most of us so you probably already know that the fine print of the contract probably states that a deposit only means one or more of the following: a) gives you the "right to purchase" at the agreed upon price once FULL and FINAL payment has been made; B) you have a specified amount of time to make the full and final payment, or the contract is void and/or the dealer can continue to offer it for sale; c) the dealer reserves the right to sell it to a qualified buyer at any time.
