i got a 89 jeep comanche 2wd 2.5l wanting to do a 4x4 conversion i found a ad for a cherokee 2.5l 4x4 does this sound like a good deal for parts? sale-1003538815@craigslist.org

will a 85 cherokee 2.5l transfer case mount up to a 89 comanche 2.5l engine??

thats the easy part the hard part is finding a 2.5l tranny and transfer case

a dana 44 andd 30 were good coversion axles for there IFS

out of rustys and rough country wats the better kit for a 3" and i heard about rustys but someone told me they both get the same stuff from the same manufacture

a skid plate can help also i think some of the cherokee cheif came with one stock

the jeep hurricane is cray you can turn 360 and you can switch what mode you want to run in 4cyl 6cly 8cyl even 10cyl which is awsome but the retail i seen on um is $57,000 and prob won't release any time soon with the state of the economy and how chrysler looks but if toyota merges that would take the american out of the jeep

the reason which i found out with experience it that the newer clock needed a constent power souce will the early ones didnt need

well if i were to go to a JY and pull a dana 30 off a cherokee 5spd antidisestablishmentarianism wil i need diff gears or antidisestablishmentarianism i got a 5spd 2wd dana 35 in back with i belive a 4.10 so did the 35 have taht ratio on cherokee?

i am only getting about 16-18 on a 89 2.5l but thats based on my stock odometer gear i am running 235x75x15 and i figure I'm off due to that but how much am i off by ??
