hello i finally got my 3 inch lift kit and i was wondering antidisestablishmentarianism is the easiest way to take the origanal ones out and put the new ones in and same for the add a leaf

does black diamond make a good 3" kit?

i got mine out of a 1990 and i got a 89 and it al works good :chillin: but after i get lifted and run 31's ill have to change the dang speedo gear :fs1: i already am running 235x75x15 and my speedo is off by 5mph like I'm going 50 speedo reads 45 :hmm:

its the factory one i need to update the stereo becuase the speaker are way ahead ofits timeand thanx for the compliment i hated the switches but ill find a use for the L.E.D lights

I'm just looking for a trail rig not to do hard core stuff thats why I'm looking for a cheapy lift thats why i ask of the two wats best andwat includes everything neededbut ill probally get a RE lift for my new Comanche this is just a project truck besides most stuff in AZ is just rocks and fear of bottoming out i plan on buying a better comanche that looks better and has a 4.0l then it will be worth every penny

i took it out of a 4.0l cherokee the 2.5l had the same wheel as the comanche

yea both temp and oill i replace but i broke the dummy light temp sender off in block and had to easy out it then i put the new sensor in and the oil sender i replaced i took one from a 4.0l cherokee and it all works :chillin:

yea its just a pain putting the oil sender in :fs1: but beside that its a breeze just got to get a cluster with the right speedo clip as yours

well just got a new xj guage cluster and a xj steering wheel and factory radio now to install will have pics up in morning here is my old setup

yes they did most were on the 4.0l equiped but you can take a cherokees guages and put it in and just swap you speedo into the new cluster and get the correct oil and temp sensor for the guages and not lights i just did this to mine ill have pics up also here is a reference http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=921205 for the odometer :cheers:
