right now my 98 grand cherokee 4.0 auto would drive the manche more but the 4.0 is blowed up in it

it may get full gauges due to the 87 has the full gauge cluster plus all the wiring to make it work including cruse control

there is a pump on the tail shaft of the transfer case that pumps oil

motor blew up in it on Aug 12 was driving along and low oil pressure light came on shortly after a few miles down the road the motor completely self destructed so my 90 is going to get a transplant from a 87 jeep cherokee that i have sitting in the back yard that i got a deer with last fall. :doh: :wall: :dunno: :wrench:

ive been hooked on jeeps my whole life so it shows got the 90 mj at 15 a 87 xj at 18 and had it untill thanksgiving due to a deer then got a 98 zj at 20 to replace the 87 xj and still have my 90 mj and 98 zj my brother had one when i was younger had to have one after he sold his 91 eliminator

there is several in my part of ohio the local landscaping company has around 3 or more of them see them all the time

its a shame that they closed the Hot Rod Cafe right next to the sharon quaker

SEMA needs our help to fight the Cash for clunkers bill Street Rod/Custom Vehicle Legislation Roundup SEMA has produced model legislation to create titling and registration classifications for street rods and custom vehicles, including kit cars and replicas. Under the SEMA model, eligible vehicles are titled as the production year they most closely resemble, are required to meet the equipment standards for that model year and are exempt from periodic vehicle inspections and emissions inspections i feel that since most of our Comanches are customized and are more than twenty years old that we need to help get this legislation passed. we also need to help fight the cash for clunkers bill that is now in the senate and congress that will effect all of the Comanches produced due to they were made before 1998 and get less than 21 mpg when new from manufacture the more that people join to help fight the bill the better chances that it may not get passed into law http://www.semasan.com/main/main.aspx?id=61682 :agree:

Currently at ITT Technical In Youngstown Ohio almost finished with a two year degree in Computer network systems. i have 3 classes and 3 months left.

mine has it i have run it in both but the power switch is the way to go. my automatic feels as if someone had put a shift kit in it because the sucker shifts hard between the gears. it'll even shift hard on comfort if i run it hard. it shifts hard enough that i can feel it shift through the seat and the floor of the truck. i like it i think that the stock locking torque converter is working better than it should. if i get it loose on wet roads it will keep spinning until i let up on it so that it will hook up again.

my buddy had a set on a cherokee the big problem with them is mud can get inside the tire through the street lock ring. he also had trouble with the wheels getting mud stuck behind the ring and throwing the wheels out of balance
