Anyone else here in school? I'm persuing a degree in Graphic Design at the Art Institute of CA, Orange County.... and its REALLY kicking my butt :D but, if it wasn't hard, they wouldn't call it college right? it would be called somethiing else, like "Happy fun time" :cheers:

i would agree with you on the no backup lights being the switch on the transmission. if its the AW4 automatic the Neutral safety switch is easily rebuildable (a new one is well over $100) and if you just clean it and re pack it with dieletric grease it will give you years more of trouble free operation. there are many writeups on lahardcore@gmail.com and i'll try to talk you through it, its not very hard to do. although if it is a manual trans i have no idea how to fix the lights and none of this will matter to you :D well i just noticed you said its an AX-15, so none of this applies to you :D i'll dig around and see if i can find out anything about the NSS on the manual XJs.

here she is: Image Not Found I'm new around these parts, but you guys seem like a pretty good group. i got this MJ with "no brakes" for $500. swapped the master and booster for a pair i got from a friend off a parts jeep for FREE and got her rolling again. runs great, its now my daily driver. i also have a 95 XJ lifted 6" that is my main wheeling rig. -Mike

thanks! decided to just tow it home. got the master and booster swapped last night and now it just needs to be bled. new tires friday night, smog on monday and it'll be back on the road as my new DD. she aint much to look at but she runs great.

One of my NAXJA buddies just bought that MJ. :D that would be me going down to change the master cyl on it and drive it home today!
