A pourable two-part product is surely available that cures into a semi-flexible plastic. Have not done any research, but there's gotta be something available. Yes. I tried to take one apart to replace the bolts internally and let’s just say that was a pain in the butt to get out. The plastic is formed around the metal plate that has two studs in there. There's gotta be a workaround to bolt these caps to the actual bumper. I'll take a look at my caps and start thinking of an alternative.
