coheed
As much as it bums me to sell this, I just don't have the time or resources to devote to restoring this camper properly. I would prefer it go to a Comanche owner since it's lived on a Comanche most of its life. Some background on the camper and info in this post: Currently the camper is mostly taken apart. The canvas is off, and the roof hasn't been reattached with the new foam core I made out of poor man's fiberglass. I have a myriad of parts that I bought for it including; new canvas, some XPS foam, dicor sealant, turnbuckles, a new roof vent, contact glue, elastomeric roof paint, and other stuff that will be included. At this point I'd just like to get money back out of it and it go to a good home. My asking price right now is $2000 and for that price I'd be willing to meet within a few hours of Fort Mill, SC. But since it's a project I'm not firm on price. Would also consider trades for an ARB bumper
coheed
Bump, I'm planning a trip to Flagstaff in a month along this route and would be willing to bring this with me for a club member. I'd also trade for an ARB bumper for my truck. Again I'm flexible on price
coheed
Is the price too high? No one wants to deal with this much of a project? Both?
watchamakalit
To me personally the turn off would be the project aspect. There is a good amount of work to renovate\restore a camper. I would love a little slide in like this for my MJ, however I already have too many projects. Just my take on it. Hope that helps. Good luck with the sale. derf
I don't mind a project. But I'm out of the way to get it and my cash reserves wouldn't allow it. Besides, I'm still working on getting my MJ running to carry it. But the price is reasonable.
Smokeyyank
Not gonna lie, I'd love it but way too many projects at the moment. Price isn't bad, does need a good bit of work though which is the tricky part.
