jpnjake
https://www.amazon.com/Powertrax-LK444430-Grip-Traction-System/dp/B01C8INC60 These are fullcase Dana 44 lockers for 3.92 or deeper gears (4.10's, 4.56's, etc), from Powertrax, the company that makes lockrights and no-slips These Grip-Loks are full lockers, like Detroits, or Grizzlies, I hear they're a little noisier than a Detroit or Grizzly, but other than that, it's hard to go wrong for $336. we bought one, and I'm sure they won't last at this price. Good luck
jpnjake
Not to push Powertrax stuff today.... but the No-Slip, that is supposed to fit the D44 Trac-lok cases is also pretty cheap. @ $247. (I'm pretty sure these are the only lunchbox lockers that fit the otherwise crappy Trac-lok cases https://www.amazon.com/Powertrax-9204443020-No-Slip-Traction-System/dp/B00IVQPSOI?ref_=ast_sto_dp )

ghetdjc320
The grip locks are good alternatives to truetracs. All the Detroit products went through the roof with pricing sometime during covid. Used to be able to pick them up for around the price of the grip locks just a few years ago
jpnjake
Power Trax is super confusing with the names they use, and most of the carriers look exactly the same from the outside, so that doesn't help either. The Grip-Lok is a full locker, and equivalent to a Detroit, or a Grizzly The Grip-Pro is a gear style LSD, and equivalent to a True-Track. We put a Grip-Pro (LSD) in the Black MJ (with used/take-off, thick Rubicon 4.10's). The Grip-Loks are for a trail Jeep (hopefully soon).
jpnjake
The Grip-Pro was the first time we tried a Power-Trax full case diff, Even the box looks the same, only red lettering instead of yellow. Not sure why, but it was a crazy $139 Amazon deal about 5 years ago. Works great, should have bought all of them lol yeah, this pic will only attach upside down..... I've had good luck with rotating it, then re-rotating it on my laptop. not sure if that also works on a phone?

jpnjake
I hope anyone that wanted a 444430 Grip-Lok grabbed it before the price jumped $503.99! ($336 to $839.99) Same seller on Ebay had the same price jump. One Amazon seller has one listed for $658.99 still, but that's about double the $336 price from the last few days. Usually whatever app you open the photo with will have an “edit” button and give you basic resize, crop, and rotation functions at minimum. I regularly have to rotate photos on my iPhone to upload. Mostly just to here but it happens often enough, where my phone tells me it’s upright and then once uploaded they’re upside down. The fix is usually just a case of rotating it through 360° and saving it again, although if the editor is smart enough to know that makes it the same as it was before and doesn’t change it, you might need to outsmart it by doing it in two steps. Rotate it partway and close the editor and save the file, then open it back up and finish rotating it upright.
