Defrost works but heater won't

So I’m looking at the ball can in the right front (passenger) side of the  Comanche.  There are two lines into the ball. No problem. Problem is where does this other hose connect to? Also there is a two pin wire down there that I cannot find a male connection two. Can anyone tell me what or where these connect to? 

Lastly right in the middle of the front grill, what does this connect to? Much thanks

Do you have the ball or the football shape reservoir? If you have the football, you have parts of cruise control. If you have the ball, someone swapped some lines around.

The two pin connector looks like a fog light connector to me.

Agreed.  The connector in front of the radiator is NOT a vacuum connector.  It's an electrical connector.

If this electrical connector is a single pin, it would be dual horns, if equipped.
