MawnkyMJ
91 Pioneer SWB Started out with just a stock MJ that the previous owner couldn't get to shift out of first. Figured out it was a just a broken ground wire.
MawnkyMJ
Got the rear axle under the Jeep in the summer of 2020. My brother wanted to see what his wheels off his superduty would look like under it.
MawnkyMJ
Got the front axle set under the front and didn't touch the project again for another 6 months or so.

MawnkyMJ
It was time to finally mount the ORI's in their home for good.
MawnkyMJ
I got the axles all painted and ready to sling under the MJ.
MawnkyMJ
Got rid of the column shifter and installed a Winter's shifter. It will work well with the Niffty Shifter Jr. I also installed a couple PRP Daily Driver seats.
MawnkyMJ
Installed some TNT Customs inner fenders to help make room for the 40s. Drilling out all the spot welds of the stock inner fenders was fun.
MawnkyMJ
40's got mounted. The wheels and tires definitely squatted the little S10 a bit.
MawnkyMJ
Had to make room for the 40s, so the stock sheet metal needed a trim.
MawnkyMJ
Decided on an auxiliary transmission cooler instead of relying on the stock one.
MawnkyMJ
With the TNT Customs inner fenders I had to move my battery to the rear, so I picked up this old Coleman cooler. I made some cables out 2/0 welding cable and ran them to bus bars on the inner fender.
MawnkyMJ
So I bit the bullet and just decided to go full hydro. So that meant the front axle had to come back out.
MawnkyMJ
So dummy me measured my DOM links wrong. They were too short from what I wanted to do. So I decided to just go solid aluminum links.

MawnkyMJ
Picked up a Barnes4wd XJ transfer case skid. Had to modify it to fit the MJ. There's a little bit of a gap, but not enough to stop it from doing its job.

thecodemonk
Man this thing looks nice! I'm curious how your winters shifter is holding up? Mine is wearing down the shaft on the shift lever and it's starting to worry me. >.< Also curious how you're liking the ORIs. I keep looking at them but I've heard they change ride height when they're warmed up vs when they're cold from sitting.
